Must need if you buy a switch. This enhances your switch experience for games that do not necessarily need paddles

Having this controller makes a huge difference over using the Joycons in the combining grip that comes with the Switch.

Great controller but, I don’t understand why we can’t just use the pro controller from the Wii U. It is pretty much the same controller.

Controller feels solid in your hand. Buttons could be a little more responsive and the d-pad isn't as good as the one wii u controller.

The build quality of this controller is really nice, it's definitely worth the money. My only compliant is that there isn't a headphone jack.

Unsurprisingly this controller is the top grade for the Switch. However, for this investment I would recommend the protection plan as a way to ensure your purchase if you are as hard on this controller as I am. Two years is probably a good expected lifespan.

I’ve owned a PS4 for years and the Switch remotes are different. But this controller makes it feel more familiar!

The pro controller is great for games like Smash Ultimate. It fits my hands a bit better and allows me to play with more speed and precision. It's a great pickup for those that want to up their game and don't have their old Gamecube controllers lying around.

Practical good controller wireless if you don't want to use the joy cons. My only thing is the price is too much.

The controller feels great. The buttons and analog sticks are some of the best on a controller. The only complaint is it is pretty pricey.

This controller is better than the one supplied with the Switch Console because the buttons aren’t as close together, easier for younger and older players alike. This old lady has no problems distinguishing between buttons without looking.

I love this controller. Did not realize how much of an upgrade it would be to game play. Since the Joycons that come with the switch start driving after a while, I decided to get this to replace. Very happy with the purchase.

I love playing the switch and have always wanted a controller for it and it was only right to get this one, which I love! It fits right in my hand perfectly and I love how it vibrates and reacts to what's happening on screen!

This controller should come with the unit like every other console and not make us spend an $60 for it. Luckily we had some gift cards. Sync issues with Switch are common but this was far less painful. Controller is very response with minimal to no lag. This is key for any gamer.

Great upgrade from the standard joy-cons. Smooth and well spaced is great for bigger hands. After using the joy-cons for so long, there is an adjustment period with the new layout, but if you've used PS4 or Xbox controllers, it should be minimal, if any. Great investment for the long-term.

Bought this for my son, and he is very happy with the product! He likes the upgrades over and above the standard controllers he also owns. Better hand feel, vibration action that follows the action on screen and slicker design.

Perfect for someone like myself that’s been playing PlayStation for so long and this is my first Nintendo in years. It’s a no-brainer, imo!
