I've been using this controller for Splatoon 2 and I have not felt the need to go back to using the joycon. The thumbsticks feel a lot better and I have more precise control with it! The shape of the controller fits great in my hand, and going back to the joycon just feels so... wrong.

Son had to have this! I purchased a differed controller originally and he wouldn’t use it. He went on and on about the capabilities of this one and drove me crazy until I bought it. He loves it

My daughter who's 16 needed this since the left hand directional pad on her switch couldn't track right. Since Nintendo at the moment doesn't do repairs, this was a logical choice. It works great and she said it was simple to connect.

This controller is better to use than the controller that holds the joycons. In my opinion it’s a lot easier to hold but it’s very similar to any controller that you would use for any other console. I’m definitely glad I made purchase for it.

This controller is something I always said I wouldn’t buy due to the cost, but I ended up using a friends and absolutely understood. The button feedback is great and it fits my hands perfectly. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

The best controller to hit the market in sometime. It doesn’t do what the new PS5 does but this controller is comfortable and very responsive.

I huge improvement over the junk that comes with the Switch. The Joy Cons are fine when attached to the Switch directly, but have all sorts of issues when removed. This solves all of those problems.

Its a good controller but I believe it is maybe a bit much for the price. Would be nice to have a headphone jack built in.

Kind of a must have for any one with a nintendo switch. This controller has the same functions as the joy cons. Pretty good battery life.

The price is a bit steep for a wireless rechargeable controller an certain mechanics for games is a lagged as well

Do yourself a favor and but a pro controller! It completely changed the game okay if any game! You won't regret it!

I only have about one hour of use on this but so far is a substantial improvement over the joycons in the grip. It is expensive though.

Wish the price was a bit better, but you can't go wrong with the official Nintendo controller. I've had bad experiences with non-first party products and would rather spend the extra money on official products. Wait for a sale on this bad boy.

My boyfriend and I love this controller. The signal is strong and doesn’t cut out when you’re playing like our left joy-con if we get too comfortable. Not sure about the longevity of battery life but we haven’t had to charge it yet and it’s been a week give or take.

Easily the best Switch controller for all compatible games. Quick and responsive button input. Will definitely buy another.

This controller is amazing if you intend on playing a lot, especially if you're playing with your Switch docked and playing through the TV. It has a wonderful weight which (to me) helps hand fatigue. I love it.

Originally, I had issues with this controller. In Breath Of the Wild, Link was suddenly crouching when I wasn't pressing down on the control stick, for instance. I finally decided to send it in to Nintendo, got it back, and it seems to work a lot better. rarely, it does still happen, but I guess it's possible I am pressing too hard in a direction at the time. The controller is heavier than most controllers I've used before. i thought I wouldn't like it, but it's no problem. I always play with this controller instead of using the joy cons.

This controller is like if playstation or Xbox made a controller for Nintendo a great way to go for any game more specifically an fps like Splatoon 2

Got this to play Mario Kart so someone doesn't have to suffer with a terrible little joy-con. This is MUCH better. It even works a bit better than the controller setup included with the Switch because this never has any connection issues like the one joy-con does.
