It’s a nice alternative controller for the switch if you like a traditional controller but it does come with a hefty price

Switch tax etc... I do wish the circles had some ridges for smash but it's a good feeling controller.

I bought this thinking I'd need it for Smash. It's very comfortable to use. However I returned it because I felt like the default Joy Cons are nice. Also, the Pro Controller's down button on the directional pad didn't seem responsive unless held slightly to the left or right. So one star off, but I haven't played a game that uses the down direction anyway. I chose to return it and Best Buy was very easy about it, but if someone would like more traditional switch controller the Pro is good.

We had to return our other controller because of glitches. This one works great so far.

The product is good quality, but since Nintendo manufactured it, Best Buy can't claim that. What Best Buy can claim, is that it was packed well, delivered promptly, and when I couldn't sign for the package it was promptly delivered to a UPS store for me to pick up.

It fits great in my hands, has plenty of buttons to play classic NES games up to the games of today. I bought this as a replacement for my drifting joycon. I would recommend even if you don’t have a drifting problem.

I can't imagine playing switch games without this controller. The regular controller is just a little bit off in how it's shaped and it just doesn't quite feel as comfortable as you want for most games and for playing a long time.

This is a quality controller for the switch. If you rarely play in handheld then this is a must have. The face buttons are much bigger than the joycon and it has a Dpad. This feels very much like and xbox controller since it has offset sticks. This controller just feels great. But if you play mainly in handheld then you can skip spending this much money and go with a cheaper controller like PowerA's wireless controller or something.

For those of us that cannot use the small controllers on the Switch, this is a must have controller. It operates similar to any other controller, but you must make sure you keep track of the charger. It uses a specific one that may not be substituted.

Pro Controllers, to me are the only way to play Nintendo Switch. The JoyCons, which can be more expensive, just don't seem to be able to handle the amount of abuse from lots of play. Especially if you play a lot of fighters.

Substitute instead of controller that came with console. Works for big hands. Husband loves it.

Great Controller, just a little to expensive, but considering the fact it has extra battery life and amiibo sensor, and more, it pays off.

My son really likes this controller. His joy on has to be sent off to get repaired after only like 5hours of use. So I got him this so he could keep playing. Now he may not want to go back to the joycons.

It’s good, my husband really likes it. He finished his Mario Odyssey and God of Wars with this.

Bought this controller to play Zelda BOTW as I was tired of accidentally pressing buttons on my other controller and heard it would remedy my problem. I love this controller and best part was I used saved coupons and only paid $5 for it :)

I really wanted these to be good! But the stick drift is no joke Nintendo has admitted there flaws in the controller builds stick assembly and refuses to do anything accept issue refunds only if you are willing to go thru their process. Sadly this is the best option for wireless controllers, you just have to deal with the drifting!

Do you want to up your gaming? GET A PRO CONTROLLER! The pro controller will help you dunk on some noobs so they will never want to play Mario Kart with you again. A must for anyone who loves gaming!

If you're over the age of 16 and don't have tiny child hands anymore, this controller is essential! Game On!!

Controller feels great on games like Super Smash and Mario Kart. The sticks are tight and the buttons draw quick feedback. My only quip would be I can't use this to play on PC but that's beside the point
