Nintendo knows how to make controllers. I loved the pro controller for the WII U and the addition of the NFC reader was really needed on that one. This is the second one I bought.

It feels as comfortable as an Xbox one controller with the perfect button spacing of a dualshock 4. The motion is dead on. It is the only true way to game on the switch, especially for Splatoon and Smash

Very comfortable, all the buttons are well placed and comfortable to use. The only downside I have seen with mine is the build quality is not as good as I usually expect from Nintendo. The right side grip is not perfectly in line so there is an exposed edge where it meets the rest of the body, which can be uncomfortable when your hand rests on it.

This a solid controller but a little pricey. Worth it in the end.

If I had to pick a downside, it’s that the rechargeable battery can’t be removed and replaced if it needs to be. Otherwise, it’s a great controller that’s very reliable.

I bought this because honestly using the joy cons when you dock your Switch to the tv is not a good experience. This makes the experience much better. Could cost less though.

Bought a aftermarket one, but had to come back to the original to get all the features.

Love this controller, would definitely recommend to anyone. Waited for it to go on sale. I’m mostly using on games like attack on titan, resident evil, and smash bros.

To start, the Switch is a great system and adding this control is a great investment. It took me a minute to get use to the smaller controls, but after buying this it make the games more enjoyable!Great product

A good controller for NS especially when the joy cons were sent back for repairing the drifting problems. reasonable price when it's on sale.

This is the perfect controller for the switch. As much as the joycons are well suited on the go, this controller is a must for at home play. Nice large buttons and control stick layout as well as a traditional D-pad.

Better than the joycons as a controller. The material feels nice on your hands, plus there is little glossy plastic used, so you don't have to worry about scratches. Comfortable feel as far as ergonomics with your hands.

I bought this product just to have my own controller when my friends/family bring their Nintendo Switch. It works really well, it is even compatible on Steam so I can play other games on PC as well.

The Pro Controller is great for more traditional gaming. The joy cons with the connector are good, but if you want the more traditional gaming experience with certain games, I'd recommend buying it.
