I know there’s a lot of third party controllers that work well and may have some functions that this controller does not, however if you get a Switch and want a controller that is your go to, this is it. It is so comfortable to grip and the button layout feels so natural compared to other controllers. I know some options may have give and take but this controller has little to no draw backs at all. If the price throws you off consider there’s cheaper alternatives, trust me it’s worth the extra for what you’re getting!

Bought a a gift for my grandson. Wireless,good quality. He loves it! Getting hard use and no problems. Easy to use.Good control.

The Nintendo Switch Pro controller has been one of my favorites since I first had one, but my previous controller ended up having drift issues approximately 4 years after I bought it. It's very comfortable, with the buttons having a squishy feel. The only problem I have with it is that placing amiibo onto it is often finnicky.

While the price might seem a bit steep ($70), there is no doubt about the quality of this controller. It is one of the most comfortable controllers that I've ever used and blows the joy-cons out of the water. It comes with a 40-hour rechargeable battery and built-in NFC functionality, so you know where the extra money goes toward. Buy it for the best Switch gaming experience possible.

I really prefer this controller over the Joycons(but I like those too). It feels like its really good quality and the conteoller itself feels great to use.

If you play your switch for extended periods or play games where precision control is necessary, the pro controller is mandatory. Great construction, even better battery life.

I bought this controller as a second controller for my Switch. It's comfortable and battery life is fantastic. This is one of the better controllers that I have used. Quality build!

I had to get this, way better then using the joy con controllers. Quality is good and feels good in hand

I know it's a little pricy but it is absolutely worth it when you want to play with friends. The standard switch controllers just don't have the same feeling as a pro controller.

Excellent controller for the switch, definitely worth purchasing. The battery lasts longer, and it's far more comfortable for long sessions. Better joysticks don't hurt either!

I got this for my new Nintendo switch and it didn't disappoint me. Fresh out of the box, I've used it and I made the right choice. I didn't go with the cheaper wireless controllers because I wasn't sure how they'll perform. Glad I went with my instinct.

Pro controller is a must have for anyone that plays their switch. It may be a bit pricey but I promise, its worth it!

This controller vs the joycons are like night and day. Since I’ve started using the pro controller, I haven’t looked back.

Extremely comfortable, and the analog sticks feel much more precise than the joy-cons that came with my Switch. The handles also have a nice textured feel to them. I'd recommend this to anyone who find the original joy-cons uncomfortable. A bit expensive though, considering the price of both PS4 and XB1 controllers. But this controller does have HD rumble, motion controls, Amiibo support, and better battery life.

Alyways buy brand products. Better quality than off brands. I love this better than the Joycons. A must have.

The price is pretty steep, but it fits so comfortably in my hand. I would still try and Xbox One controller before purchasing though.

The Joy-cons are cool but I've been playing xbox for years and this controller is much more comfortable than those tiny things. Wish it wasn't so expensive but it's worth it

Having large hands make it annoying to use the normal Switch JoyCons. An actual controller like this make playing games on the Switch something I can do for prolonged periods.

I was a little unsure about this at first. I had no doubt that the controller would be at least as good as the Wii U's pro controller. Quite possibly the best way to describe this is as the exact opposite of the Switch's joy-cons. The joy-cons are fine, but they are very small and someties disconnect if you are far-enough away from the tv. The pro controller fixes both of these. The buttons and controller themselves are big and so ergonomic. I have only charged it once since that first night that I used it. The battery life is fantastic! I would highly recommend this if you are going to be playing your Switch for long play sessions.
