Grips are not rubber

Could have been a better experience

Best buy wouldn't stand behind the controller even though it was well within the return period, they ended up sending it back to me. Nintendo ended up honoring the warranty which was really nice. Overall just disappointed with Best Buy in this situation. Overall this is not my only pro controller and I love them.

Second one Great

Control stick issues just outside return window

Just outside the 2 week window for return so my only option is dealing with Nintendo directly for replacement. If you get one, make sure you use it thoroughly within the short return window just in case.
