This controller would be amazing if it actually held a charge. I have two of them, both of which no longer hold their charge. They can only be used if they're plugged into power which obviously completely defeats the purpose of having a "wireless" controller. Would not buy again.

This thing is awesome! I love that it has all of the motion detection built in, and it is a classic handheld controller. Stinks it's so expensive or I would have purchased another.

left joystick sticks slightly and while playing zelda breath of the wild link would move without me touching the controller looked online and it seems to be a known issue, wouldn't pay 70$ for a controller that has issues like that. Returned

Slippery joy sticks and controller grips come loose over time. Requires small screw driver to tighten back up.

One of the buttons weren’t working it would move without me even touching it.

Bought it to play multiple games on Switch but mostly Super Smash Bros. It works really well with most if not all games and pretty good while smashing in Ultimate SSB.

controller d pad drifts, brand new right out of the box. poor quality

I literally used this controller for 1 hour and it was working fine, took a break and came back to find that the left joystick started drifting. Shame on best buy for selling defective products!!!! Gonna be such a hassle returning this during the pandemic.

I’ve ordered 3 pro controllers over the last month. 2 from Best Buy, 1 from another store. I think there is a bad batch out across all retailers currently. Right out of the box on every controller, the left joystick has had a horrible downward drift making several games completely unplayable. I would wait a few weeks before trying to order one.

The Joy Con Controllers seem to be enough for the Switch. This one is not really needed. If there's a use I don't know about then I'm sorry.

I am not much of a gamer but purchased as a recommendation. I plan on returning as the cost does not out weigh the amount I use it or don't use.

Controller stopped working within 60 days. Pretty sad given the proce point.

I bought this controller open box with the statement that the device had been tested before being placed out on sale. I got home and tried to use it and it would not function. The controller was almost completely non-responsive.

I will be returning this due to left analog stick drifting. I stand still and my character moves on it's own. I'll be purchasing another hopefully it wont be defective.

Screw this company they scammed my with a black friday deal and then flipped the price back never shop at best buy.
