Great controller and i love that it's wireless. Battery stays charged for a very long time.

The Nintendo Switch Pro controller is a wonderful controller. It feels very good to hold and works exceptionally well. It does come with a wired option (you just have to activate it on the system settings itself) that works quite nicely. It also has a better range than the normal Joy-Cons. While it is true that the D-pad can be a little tricky, I have had very little, if any, problems with it. This is a wonderful controller.

Very comfortable! Much better than the joy con controllers only because the buttons are much too small for me personally. The only con would be the price but it always drops and price match can get it down to a much reasonable price. The battery life is unreal (40 hours according to the box) I have yet to charge it since getting it and completing the story for Mario Odyssey and playing countless hours of MARIO KART 8!

This is a must have if you want a traditional gaming experience with the Switch. I tried several other controllers before deciding to buy the Pro Controller and did not realize what I was missing until the Pro. It has a nice weight and is a perfect fit in my hands. Get you one!! You will not regret it!!

I have tried third party pro controllers for the switch because they were cheaper but after buying this I can honestly say it is very much worth the extra money if you’re debating buying it. Feels well made and sturdy.

If you're not using the Nintendo Switch in handheld mode, this is the best controller to use. It feels great, sturdy, the joysticks are tight, buttons have a nice click. Also has no connectivity issues I've noticed like the left Joycon sometimes has. The Joycons are ok in the square controller form, but this pro controller is a good size and is your best bet for a great controller experience (when you don't need the two Joycons specifically).

Price is steep but the quality is there. Do yourself a favor and get this for your switch.

Just buy the controller. Joycons drift and this pro controller gets the job done. No drift, no cheap material and a must have if you own a switch. Dropped it on carpet quite a few times and the components are solid with no rattle or squeaks from the cheaper alternatives.
