My mom got me the Nintendo switch last Christmas and the joystick started to drift and ruined a lot of games for me. So, my mom got me the Nintendo pro controller which in my opinion is the best way to play on the switch

Awesome upgrade over the supplied joy con controllers. Wish I would have gotten this when playing BOTW, love the battery life, fast charging, and the controls are smooth and easier on the hands. Took a few hours to get used to it coming from only using the supplied joy cons.

This controller just feels perfect in the hands. The sticks have an extended range compared to the joy con. The buttons and triggers have that perfect “squish” too. Another benefit is the battery life- it lasts a long time before recharge. Completely satisfied, wish I would have gotten one a long time ago for those long Zelda sessions.

Great weight and grip. I am Smash Bros fan and it is a must.

call me old fashion but I enjoy these legacy controller tpes vs. the two wireless controllers that come with the switch. Battery last long and if you are running low, you can simply use the USB cable and plug in for a charge on a nearby outlet. I typically use my wire adapter. the one thing missing from this controller is an audio jack.

The best thing about Nintendo's Pro Controller for the Switch is its battery life. I rarely play more than one hour at a time, so I hardly ever need to charge this controller. It is comfortable to hold and the buttons are larger than on the Joy-cons. Its home button wakes up the console in its dock. Response on the TV screen is very tight. No problems to report at all.

We love this controller! The vibrate is about the same as with the joycons but the grip is much better for long play sessions.

Best controller so far, sleek and clean design this is definitely should be your main controller because it does it all, battery life is the best quality for sure compared to other brands

I got the pro controller because the joycons are very small and my hands would hurt after a while of playing. Since buying this controller, I have been able to enjoy my games much more, and it is easier to play games like Overwatch or Fortnite. I also really enjoy that the battery lasts a long time

Aside from being somewhat pricey, this is a fantastic controller.

It's expensive, especially since it's not *needed* when the joy cons can be used with the include grip, but the pro controller feels great in the hand and its battery life is excellent. It's also very convenient to be able to dock and undock the switch while the joy cons are still attached, and just use the controller once it's docked.

Love this controlled. My fingertips no longer get sore after a longer gaming period. Was concerned about drift, but did some online research. Once I calibrated the unit, the drift was resolved.

We love this controller! We bought two so that the adults in the house could actually play switch games with ease. The joy-con controllers feel too small for my adult hands and my hands are not large. The one drawback is that they are pricey. It would have been nice to get these cheaper.

Wonderful controller, comfortable, and great battery life

Battery life is amazing on the pro controller! Got tired of the joy cons constant drift and other third party controllers that wouldn’t last long. It feels really nice in hands and the build quality is amazing. Highly recommend it specially if your playing games like Fortnite or Overwatch.

This is the best remote that anyone can buy. I've tried several different brands and they all develops drift within a year.
