Joycons are great and all, but this is what the serious gamers really need. Battery seems to last a long time. Take care not to use any of your current phone chargers though, the voltage requirement is not quite 5v, so make sure to use your switch chargers only.

This is an excellent controller. It just feels great in the hands and even though the standard joycons work great, nothing beats having a traditonal controller in your hands...especially one of this quality. A big advantage of this controller is the presence of a d-pad that works great for certain games.

Once you have the controllers that come with the switch, this is a great add on. I like how it is set up more like my xbox controllers, I always liked the feel of them better in my hand than nintendo ones. It's important to have both, but I would suggest this for anyone looking to buy extra controllers.

Didn’t like playing with the small controls or having to convert it to the dual remote. This is my go to remote now for game play. Good size and charges independently rather than have to slide onto game counsel. Recommend it if your looking for a control.

Had family over for Thanksgiving and 3 of these remotes were perfect for MarioKart. I love the rumble feature and was an important feature that other controllers don’t have. It feels like high quality. I definitely recommend this to friends or family. 10/10

I love the Pro Controller you don't need batteries at all and plus you can charge the battery with USB C which is mostly everything these days.

This is the best controller you can buy for the Switch. The controller feels well built and the joysticks are perfect! I even bought an extra pair of joysticks and put them in my Ps4 controller. The only issue is the d-pad could be better.

Great haptic feedback, great feel, and the battery just seems to keep going and going. My only knock is the price, but if you have the dough it's definitely worth it.

Way better than using the controller that comes with it. The quality is so much better on these brand controller than the cheaper alternatives

The Nintendo Switch Pro Wireless Controller is awesome. It's the best way to play Switch games! It feels great in my hands and my 7 year old uses it easily as well. It has a great batter as well for plenty of play time per charge!

Works good with wireless and is best for certain games where the small native controllers make game play more difficult. Good when Swtich is hooked up to a larger screen for a more natural console experience.

The pro controller for the Nintendo switch is a awesome comfortable controller with many of its games. Its a good choice because its like a substitution for charging up the joy cons, or if you own a charger other than the pro you don't have to wait long for more playing on the switch console!!! BUY IT!!!

My favorite controller of the 3 major consoles currently available and possibly my favorite of all time. It's very comfortable for average to large hands. The build quality and durability is the best of the major 3. The only thing I could see anyone having a problem with is the lack of analog triggers.

This Pro controller is simply awesome! the price point of $69.99 is right on par with controllers from PlayStation and Xbox. The controller has a comfortable ergonomic grip and buttons feel great. Best Buy made the buying process easy as I used the in store pick-up option, the controller was waiting for me when I walked in the store at the customer service desk. The total tech membership also automatically gives the product a 2 year warranty which is really nice and provides peace of mind. I will definitely renew Totaltech when the time comes

Sturdy, well-built controller. Great for people with larger hands, as the Switch Joy-Con are pretty small. Wish it were $20 cheaper, but does everything it needs to.

Competitively priced with other console controllers and a must have for anyone looking to comfortably play any switch games with larger hands like myself. I must add that the battery life for the pro controller is absolutely insane only needing to charge it weekly with long play sessions every day.

Bought this specifically for Super Smash Bros and Super Mario games, works great. Last on a single charge for days of use. Only negative is if you’re used to Xbox controls, understand the A and B and all those buttons are a little switched up. Otherwise, a solid controller.
