The pro controller is the best Nintendo Switch controller on the market, more responsive and reliable than the numerous other version. The only real negative with the controller is the hefty price tag.

My son loves the layout of the buttons and the shape of the controller. It has comfortable grips and pairs super easy with the switch. It is much better than using the joycons with joy con grip. Battery life is great and the kids rarely need to charge it.

Bought super smash bros for the switch so i wanted a controller to play it more competitive so I decided to buy this pro controller which feels and plays better than other controllers available out there.

I bought this as a gift for my brother so he could have an adult size controller to play the switch with my nephew. I end up using it every time I play. I have really large hands so sometimes playing with the small switch remotes my hands make the controller lose connection for a moment. Playing with this I’ve never had any issues, and as a traditional platform gamer (PS mostly) this also feels more comfortable and gamer friendly for me. But it’s a steep price to pay...

Perfect Better Then Expected And Is Wireless Recommended For Any Gamers That Are Into Nintendo And Want A Good Remote

If you can find special edition colors for MSRP then I'd recommend those but you can't go wrong with any styling of the pro controller! Very comfortable and although there's great 3rd party varieties you still should spoil yourself with one of these.

I definitely agree with all the other reviews on this controller about all of its pros, but the imprecise D-Pad makes it less than desirable for many of the 2D games that I like to play. Games that require precise inputs such as Tetris 99 suffer the most from this, as I found myself accidentally hard dropping pieces when I only meant to move it left or right. Still though I think for those who only play modern games that mostly utilize the analog sticks, it's pretty great.

The joycons die on you after a couple hours and if you are like me and get hooked on playing Zelda, you need these! You can play and charge at the same time and these last a long time on a single charge. You can also use the amiibos on it. Get this if you love your Switch!

Great controller. The controllers that come with the switch are good but this controller just stepped up the game. It is a high quality controller and I really like that it is recharable and uses usb-c. This controller feels great and is quality built.

This item feels great and the button layout is almost perfect. The way it feels and how the buttons click is so satisfying. I will say though, the original controller I bought only 2 years ago already had an issue with drifting. So the controller isn't super long lasting if you use it almost everyday like I do. That's what keeps this from being a 5 star product. Also the price is pretty ridiculous. Great for any Nintendo Switch owner. Definitely worth having.

Coming fresh off a PS playstreak, this controller hits all the right notes for me. It's comfortable, and it looks cool; it even allows you to play games with it. If you want a great controller to use, then this may be for you.

If you are used to the more standard controllers, or have adult size hands, this is much more comfortable to use than the joy cons. It has all of the same rumble and motion control options as the joy cons.

The joycons had problems within the first week and are a huge departure from controllers I'm used to so I thought I would try this first and get a powerA version later. It works pretty well so far!

Works as expected; I might as well give the Pro controller a shot. I got frustrated when my other controllers experienced drift. It is a little pricey, but that’s like any controller for other systems.

Great controller for the Nintendo Switch. A bit overpriced, but I've been burned in the past by off brand controllers, and I know Nintendo makes quality products. This controller is no exception. Feels sturdy in your hands. Good button placement. A must have for the Switch.

As someone who has larger hands this made playing the games on the Switch a lot easier than using the joy-con controllers for games like Zelda. If you have used the Xbox One or PS4 controller and like those then this controller will be a great fit for you as well.

So we have bought the pro-controller for the Wii-U and many xbox one/360 and Playstation controllers. It just seems that they got the design right with this controller. Definitely worth the purchase if you plan to output to a big TV with the dock and do some serious gaming.

This controller is the best way to play games on your Nintendo Switch. It's so comfortable to play games on the switch it's almost unexpectedly amazing. I honestly don't know how I played games on the switch before, this controller is absolutely mandatory.
