My daughter got the switch for Christmas. She likes this controller much better than the one that comes with the Switch. It's easier to handle.

It's a bit heavy in a good way. It has NFC support which is the only type of pro controller that has it (the official Nintendo ones only). Buttons feel much better than the off-brand ones, very sturdy, and it does have motion support/vibration but never use these features in any game TBH. That's about it great controller would defiantly recommend over the off brands.

This is a super comfortable control for the switch! It's responsive and has a pretty long battery life! I'll definitely get another if I need to!

Overall better solution than using the small joycon. The body of the controller is a bit big for my liking but I'm used to it now. Weight is good and button placement is good if you're familiar with Nintendo's button placement vs. PS4. Definitely a must buy for the more fighting/movement intensive games.

The Nintendo pro controller for the switch is one of the most comfortable controllers I've used. It's also great for smash brothers.

This is an EXCELLENT controller for the switch. In all honesty, I think the XBOX/PS4 feel nicer in my hands, but this controller is well built and works great. The price is a LOT also; however, I got mine on sale and saved a little money. These are nice for family games when we all play Mario Kart on the same screen.

The controller is amazing, I just wish it was included with the console out of the box. I understand that Nintendo is trying to make the console pricing more accessible, but a controller is just fundamental for many Nintendo switch games.

Bought this controller to play Super Smash Bro's Ultimate, was not dissapointed. Has a great battery life and recharges quick.

Essential once your Joy Cons start to drift. Feels great and holds charge for about 12-14 hours.

Personally, I like the feel of this controller over the Joy-con for most games. Fits in my hands and the buttons are easily reached.

I picked up the Pro controller so that I wouldn't have to remove the joy-cons when docking the system. Honestly I am very impressed with just how good this controller feels. It feels very natural and makes switching to and from the dock more convenient. I would recommend it if you plan on playing the Switch in docked mode a lot.

If you have used a playstation or xbox controller before you will feel right at home. Makes a much better controller than joycon when docked.

Definitely not a requirement for playing the Switch, but it's nice to have a standard controller for games like Fast RMX. The batteries last forever!
