Solid Controller with a few issues

I do have a lot of issues with the analog sticks constantly requiring calibration (roughly every 30-45 minutes). I am tempted to try to exchange mine because I am beginning to think it is a defective unit. Beyond this single issue, I am pleased with the controller.
