I purchased this item 11/29/20 along with other products to be shipped to my daughter.... Dara Bowen in nc. All items were shipped except this item. I even purchased the web root warranty for an extra20.00. I spoke to someone today about this. They told me to go to the store I purchased the items.... Grove city,Ohio. I plan to go there with my receipt with that purchase on the receipt soon.

This is the perfect controller, feels like all the other console controllers. So much better than the joy cons.
