Pro Wireless Controller: excellent build, precise controls, long battery life — perfect for serious gamers!

Tbh for the price, this controller is great. It's very comfortable, feels and looks like it's good quality and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I really can't believe it took me so long to finally get one.

This is an expensive controller, but one which totally delivers on the quality. While it doesn't look particularly interesting, it's easily the best feeling controller out there at the moment. It has a great 40 hour battery life, NFC compatibility, motion sensing capabilities, as well as Nintendo's new "HD rumble" feature, which is surprisingly nice. I will definitely be looking to buy another once I have a good multiplayer game.

The Pro Controller is a must have accessory for your Nintendo Switch. This controller is so comfortable and for me, increases my game play length. The controller feels really well made and has an ergonomic grip and feel. It charges using a USB-C to USB cable (included) that plugs into the back of your Switch dock. Nintendo says the battery last 40-hours of game play and I would say from my current usage, I think this is true.

Easily one of the best controllers out there. It feels fantastic and miles better than the joy con grip. The buttons are on the larger side, which isnt bad but feels a little strange at first. Some have reported the Dpad doing misinputs, but I was fortunate to not have that problem. That being said, Nintendo has helped me with several other switch related problems and I am sure youd be safe to pick on up thanks to their warranty

The grip and weight feel fantastic. The buttons have a nice click to them The sticks have the perfect grip without feeling like they're gonna peel off at any time. The button placement is exactly what you'd want if you're used to a 360/XBONE controller but the heft feels much more well put together. Very much recommended.

I loved my first one so much I decided I needed a second. The controller holds a great charge and fits very comfortably in the hand. It's pretty much the only controller I use.

It may be an expensive controller, but that doesn't change the fact that it is the BEST controller for most games. Excellent form and grip. Good heft. Plus it's packed with all the gizmos you'd expect from Nintendo (motion control and amiibo). If you're going for a solid controller, just go for it.

If you're worried about joycon drift, this is a very comfortable controller for playing at home. Personally don't like it very much for table top play, but alas. I don't like table top play in the first place. I will say, the face buttons (ABXY) feel a little more loose than the joycon equivalent and the D pad feels kind of weird. Other than that, it's a great durable controller.

You need to get this IF you are planning on playing Breath of the Wild. So much better. I’m sure it plays really well with other games but it helps so much playing Breath of the Wild, especially if you have bigger hands. Only thing I hate is that it costs too much. $70 for a controller is a bit excessive. I wanted to take a star away from the rating but the product works perfect and the battery life is really long as well.

Really the best controller option for the Switch. Excellent battery life, comfortable to use, and considerably better than the joycons and stick gamepad.

I love the feel of this controller! I hate the price of it. The battery lasts forever, but I had to buy a second 1 bc it takes forever to charge. Also make sure u buy the warranty bc it died about 50 days after purchase.

Bought for wife because the standard controllers are crappy. The drift is real and annoying, but this controller solves that issue and makes it much better to play games like any other console. Controller seems to hold a good charge (wife only charges once a week, but also mainly plays animal crossing).

I should of saved my money and bought this one from the very start instead of buying 3rd party ones! This controller is the best controller I have ever used!! The triggers are maxed out at half pull which is amazing because your fingers don’t get tired like it would a traditional Xbox controller which you have to pull the triggers all the way down for max use. The quality is very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the d-pad it felt like weird sand/chalk feeling to it. After using it for a while the feeling went away but it was a strong chalk like touch to it for a while. But other then that it works fine. I have not tried using the NFC reader on it yet. But I’m sure it will work. Other then that. Stop wasting your money and just buy this!!!

This is an essential controler for home use. Good battery life and weight with a nice grip

This is the best controller for the Switch. It isn't cheap, but don't waste any time or money on another controller. It also will work on Switch 2! But as of now, I would get the Pro 2 controller if I was buying one for just Switch 2. Unless this controller goes on sale.

A must have if you have a Nintendo Switch. Even though you enjoy using the Joy-Controllers. The Pro Controller allows an more comfortable and more precise experience. Love that it is amiibo compatible. It promised a 40 hours play time built in battery, it has lived up to its promise. Don't be fooled by knockoffs that use AA batteries.

My 14yr old ask for a wireless controller so I got him this one and he says it works just great. It's been almost 2 years since we got it and it still works really good.

The Nintendo Switch controller is good and works well.

Don't get me wrong, the Joy Con works great and its versatility is unmatched. However, nothing beats a traditional controller for the typical "couch gaming". If you use your Switch on tv mode more often than not then this is an absolute must for you. It's lightweight and the button layout is excellent. Very well designed. Will make games like Zelda much easier to maneuver. Excellent product all around, worth every penny.
