    An absolute must for Switch!

Probably my favorite controller. Design/layout remind me of an Xbox controller but with better grip & trigger buttons. I have tried the PowerA options and these just felt more premium in quality when comparing. We picked up 2 so far to play Smash Bros and Diablo. They have been great while Switch is on the cradle or propped up.

If you value the health of your hands, get this controller. The tiny JoyCons are fine if you are using the console in portable mode, but this is very comfortable for gaming sessions on the TV. Nintendo controllers have great battery life and are well made. Worth the asking price, they will last you the life of the console.

The pro controller has always been overpriced for what it offers, but being a first party device means it is just going to work. On the plus side, I was about to beat Kirby and the Forgotten Lands on a single charge, can't argue with the battery life especially compared to PS5.

This is the best controller for the Switch. It isn't cheap, but don't waste any time or money on another controller. It also will work on Switch 2! But as of now, I would get the Pro 2 controller if I was buying one for just Switch 2. Unless this controller goes on sale.

If you buy a switch, this controller is a must have. Not because the Joy-Cons are bad or small or uncomfortable (because they are not), it's just that this is one of the best video game controllers ever made. From the joy sticks, to the buttons, to the grip and weight. This one is a little of every controller made and the result makes it one of the best.

There is no substitute for this controller. Even the wired "looks like a pro controller" Nintendo sells are no match for this. It has good heft, great response from the buttons and sticks, and the battery lasts longer than I can remember. I bought two. I cannot recommend this controller enough.

I bought this as a controller for my Switch because I didn't like how little the joysticks are on the gamepads that come with it. I absolutely love this controller. It fits perfectly in my rather large hands as well as my roommates small hands, the battery lasts forever, and being able to use it to turn on my Switch when it's docked is really handy.

Not only does this controller look cool, it feels perfect. To the comfort of the grip, button layout, and aesthetic design. Everything feels great, including the dpad. This has a gryo sensor built in, as well as an NFC reader and HD rumble. You have to physically touch the amiibo to controller to activate it. Battery last's up to 40 hours.

Good quality a little pricy so i was hesitant to actually buy this controller but the difference is night and day. Definitely a must buy if you’re putting in a lot of gaming hours.

I love this controller. Battery life is excellent, it feels great and sturdy in the hands. Similar to the xbox controller, all it's missing is analog triggers. Still, an improvement on the joycons based off the location of the right joystick alone (but joycons serve their purpose well). I'd play with the Pro Controller over the joycon grip every time.

This controller is highly recommendable for any Nintendo Switch owners who hardcore fans of traditional console game controllers. This controller mixes the best of comfort in grip and material of GameCube controller, with the buttons/sticks layout of Xbox One controller. Buttons are large and "clicky", analog sticks have good travel space and solid material which keeps them well placed on thumbs at all times. Triggers are comfortable as well. Also features motion controls with accelerometer and gyroscope, offering same motion capture precision of Joy Cons. Contains same HD Rumble tech as joy cons, so incredibly precise rumbles and feedback in mario kart 8 deluxe can be felt with it. Simple best precision and feedback of any video controller built so far. A step above in precision of dualshock 4, and even more accurate than xbox one's triggers feedback. It has the intensity and power of GameCube's rumble, but with finesse and precision of direction based jolts that make controller more in different directions and precise pulses like no other controller. Controller comes with standard USB to USB-C cord for charging it. Battery life is great. So far in one week usage, over 30 hours of gaming and still didn't have to recharge it. Cord is handy as it can be used for charging the Switch itself when in portable mode. Finally, it has amiibo sensor to use with compatible games. Only reason I knocked a star off from such excellent product, is fact that the triggers are digital instead of analog. Meaning possible GameCube virtual console or racing games requiring analog precision won't work ideally with this controller. Still, high quality of this product make it easily recommendable as an alternative to the joycons as controllers for Nintendo Switch.

It is comfortable and I use this device for hours with no issues. I bought 2 and alternate each session of use. warning - if you have a xbox controller, the AB and XY are reversed on this device so it takes a few minutes to adjust. hehe Other than that, you cannot go wrong with this controller.

I love this controller. It feels nice in the hand and you can tell it’s a quality product. The battery last sooo long. It is an expensive controller (as in the most expensive one I found) but I believe it is worth it and is the best pro controller out there for the Switch.

The D-pad isn't the best and that means something less when it's from Nintendo given they make the best in the business and still works great overall. The battery life is great and the controller feels overall very sturdy and solid in your hands. I prefer this with Mario Kart and NBA PalyGrounds when playing multiplayer and on the tv. A Must buy!

I picked up the controller after watching a video review on IGN. I really enjoy the controller, it is comfortable, much like the xbox 360 controller in feel. Battery life on the controller is more than 40 hours per charge. Motion controls also seem very responsive. Only complaint is price, but now that I have it, it is my preferred way to play.

    The Right Controller

After buying the new Nintendo Switch, we thought we didn't need any other items since it contains two controllers....WRONG! Almost immediately, we had to come back for this full sized adult controller. Unlike the stock controller that divides into two smaller controllers with super-tiny buttons, this full size controller is very comfortable. We spend hours at a time whenever we play Mario and we have no complaints with this controller. We like that it is a rechargeable controller and that it uses the USB-C connector (becoming the new standard in electronics). Lastly, the charge on this charger seems to last a long time. We don't find ourselves having to stop playing in order to recharge the controller.

This controller is very comfortable and made for those of us who have adult size hand. While I love the joycons, they can feel too small at times. The battery life on this controller is pretty good, but not as good as the Wii U Pro controller. This controller uses bluetooth, so I have even used it to play ROMs on my MacBook and Windows PC.

This controller is a must for longer play sessions. The ergo is much better than a single joy-con, and fit better than the included holder, it's slightly wider and it makes a difference. I have larger hands, this fits great. My sister and nieces are fine with the others.
