Day 2 having the controller i Can see the difference between aftermarket controller and this one. Faster, easier to handle, the feel is on your hand is great and the battery is about right 9 hours playing time. The controller is on the high side but I recommended.

    Best Switch Controller Around!

I had two sets of joy-cons, for the sake of having a spare set, (before the dreaded joy-con drift became a reality.) I had a fully enclosed case for my Switch and didn't want to constantly remove it to use the attached joy-cons. My hands aren't the largest in the world, but after awhile, I found the joy-cons to be a cramping way to play. I finally broke down, and into my wallet, and purchased the Pro Controller. Greatest move ever!!! The fit is much more comfortable than playing with the joy-cons, and gives one all of the features of the joy-cons (motion control, Amiibo NFC connection.) It's much better than holding onto the small joy-cons, even with the adapters that allow you to use them as a larger controller. And of course, as of date, there is no problem with joy-con drift!

Best controller for Switch hands down!

This really is the definitive controller for the Nintendo Switch. The only reason I gave a "Good" rating for the Quality is due to the main faceplate being a magnet to the oils that our hands secrete. Despite using anti-bacterial wipes to remove the oils eventually with time from pressing the "-", "+", "O" and "Home" buttons the matte of the faceplate will begin to develop grease. Nevertheless, overall this controller is impressive and amazing. The reason I consider this the definitive Nintendo Switch controller is due to the many features it offers like an Accelerometer, Gyroscope, HD rumble and built-in Amiibo functionality and you can also connect it with other bluetooth compatible devices. The size may be a bit small for adults but nothing that distracts you from gameplay. The battery is really good as well, this is the must have Switch controller.

Best controller for the switch. Battery life is great and charge cable is long enough to play with plugged in. Comfortable over long periods of gaming and thumb sticks are smooth and grippy. 2nd one of these I’ve purchased and well worth it.

If you have a Switch this is the best controller you can get. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny. Usually the best way to play any Switch game unless it's Smash Bros (GameCube controller).

I'm happy that I decided to buy this controller. I really like the look and feel of the controller. The grip is nice and the layout of the buttons feels just right. If you plan on playing for an extended period of time, I would highly recommend purchasing a pro controller. Battery life is great on it too!

Great quality as I’d expect from a first party controller. I honestly wish it were a few dollars cheaper to make it feel like a better deal, but after using it for a bit I’m not mad. I’ll probably get a. Second one..

I find this control useful for gamers searching for an ergonomic solution. The grip is firm - good for people with big hands. The Black finish makes it appear sleeker. It responds fast after connecting to the console. My only complaint is the cost being too high. I still feel like paying $69.00 for a controller isn't as reasonable. If you compare controllers on other consoles like ps4 and Xbox, those cost around $59.99. So the pricing isn't as aligned with other competitors.

After all 4 of my joycon controllers experienced stick drift I purchased this controller and I must say its 10 times better. Feels pretty similar to a xbox one controller. Definitely plan on buying more in the future plus their cheaper than the joycons.

Long battery life. Super comfortable in hands for long play sessions. D-pad is present on this control as opposed to the the joy cons. Use best buy's price match program and the controller price is well within range of competing controllers for other systems.

This is a fine, comfortable controller that well exceeds the capabilities of the Joycons, but, at the same time, it's definitely not worth the exorbitant price tag. Nintendo definitely could have cut some features, such as HD Rumble and Amiibo scanning, to lower the price - and the controller would have been no worse for it. Additionally, there are some tiny faults with this controller that irk me quite a bit more than they should given its, once again, incredulous price tag. For example, the right control stick is way too close to the Y and B buttons, which makes it all too easy to accidentally swipe. Also, the -, +, Screenshot, and Home buttons are essentially camouflaged visually and tactilely, meaning you're going to be mishitting them way more often than you'd think. And the control pad just doesn't feel all that good to press. It's very scratchy. In my opinion, you should invest in a cheaper third-party gamepad. Not only are they cheaper, but they're far more beautiful and probably higher quality as well. And, really, do you need HD Rumble and Amiibo scanning?

This is probably the best way to play Switch games, especially when the console is docked. The controller is comfortable to hold and the internal battery can last for days with a few hours of use each day. It does have motion control sensors built in and works with Amiibo.

The controller is nice to hold and the charge lasts maybe about 20-30 hours of play time. I like the semi-transparent black color scheme. The controller is not quite as comfortable as DualSense. I also feel like $70 is a big ask for a controller with much less features than a DualSense. It does what it needs to do, but could be better.

This controller is great for most Switch games. It has HD rumble and NFC which you lose with most all aftermarket controllers. It costs a little more but you get all of the features of the Joycon with this controller. Build quality is really good and the battery is rated to last for 40 hours. It’s really a nice controller. The only small issue which isn’t too much of an issue is that the D pad could be a little bit more like the old Super Nintendo controllers or regular NES controller. Still a great buy.

Don’t get me wrong, the joy con controllers are amazing pieces of equipment. They can do things that no other controller on the market and do. However, there are certain games that require more precision with your inputs and a more traditional feeling of control. The Switch Pro wireless controllers is my favorite among all the consoles...I’ve owned them all. It’s extremely ergonomic, it holds a 40 hour battery charge. It uses touch and movement to automatically power off and on, to sync flawlessly with any other controller and with the system, And the haptic vibration feedback is amazing. I definitely consider this my most important accessory, and I have been putting off buying a second until super smash Deluxe Edition releases, it comes with a limited smash brothers themed pro wireless controller. I definitely consider this my most important accessory. It’s a little pricy, but so is everything that has that little red label. Do yourself a favor and pick this up.

The NS Pro Controller is my favorite current-gen controller. While the added tech makes it a bit pricier than a PS4 or XB1 controller, its comfort and long internal battery life are unparalleled, especially compared to the PS4 controller.

Like i said in my other official reviews, Nothing beats the Original! For me personally i like using the official products of nintendo, yes they are mostly costly compare to 3rd party accessories but for me they are well built. And most importantly they don't use 2AA batteries..

This is the best controller Nintendo has offered...although I do like the design on the battery ones, you constantly have to change them out. Since this is a rechargeable controller, it makes life so much simpler...a definite must have!!!
