Best Controller for Nintendo Switch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Controller for the Nintendo Switch. I like the way the factory controllers work that come with Switch but they are too small for my hands. This fixes all that. The price is a little high but worth it if you play a lot.

Another overpriced Nintendo product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Another overpriced Nintendo product, even though it is a great controller for the switch, it isn't worth the price Nintendo is asking for. Bittersweet review, but it had to be said.

controllers

Best controller to use for the Switch
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Makes it feel like your actually using a controller instead of the joycons. Personally my hands are a bit bigger so they feel tiny. This on the other hand is perfect!

Get this especially for the new smash bros
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sometimes, joycons just don’t cut it when playing competitive games such as Splatoon 2 or Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Definitely pick this up over other third party controller for the switch because in the long run, you’ll feel more inclined to use this comfortable, tactile Pro Controller over the included joycons.

A must-buy for Switch owners
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best controllers I have ever used. I use it for both PC and Switch. It is super comfortable and the buttons have enough oomf to them that they don’t feel cheap. I highly recommend this for Switch owners who want to play more than party games.

Excellent quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the most comfortable high quality controllers I have ever owned for a game console. Nintendo hardware always is of high standard so it's no surprise.

The best around
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive bought a few generic controllers in the past and while most are ok they are missing features (but cost much less). After two of my generic controllers broke down I just decided to buy a legit one and its great, every thing just works and its well made.

Works Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Nintendo Switch Pro controller is an excellent alternative to the joy cons. This controller feels good in your hands and has long battery life. This controller feels just like PS4 and X Box controllers which is a plus for those used to using those controllers. I highly recommend this controller.

Nice controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice option for playing longer periods of time. Has more of an Xbox feel so it is a bit more comfortable than the joy con set up. I have seen a few reviews that say they have had floating issues with this controller but I have not had a problem so far.

Switch Pro Controller Review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pro controller is one of the best pieces of hardware that Nintendo makes. It’s cheaper than joycons and lasts way longer. Charges quickly and holds a long battery life. Makes games like BotW, Smash bros, Hades, and more very fun and easier to play

ABSOLUTE NECESSITY
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a must have for all switch owners. The controller offers a comfy experience for long term smash bros. The controller also has a load of features like amibo support and gyro controls. The controller is a well balanced and I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the most comfortable controllers I've ever held, and the buttons feel good to press. It connects to the Switch via Bluetooth and is even able to sync to my windows 10 laptop. Very nice controller, however there are a few things I don't like about it. It lacks analog triggers, something that has become important in games, especially driving games. Also the buttons and analog sticks are very loud. Love the clearish black color, something Nintendo did a lot back in the 90s. Wish the controller had more color varients.

Overall great controller but a deeply flawed D-pad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having been a big fan of the Wii U Pro controller and also worried about the ergonomics of the Switch's included Joy-Con controllers, buying the Switch Pro controller was a must for me. I was pleased to find that it was even more ergonomic and comfortable than the Wii U Pro controller, especially the shape and materials used for the portion that is cradled in the palms of your hand. The analog sticks and trigger buttons both feel great, although the lack of analog triggers is missed. Battery life is excellent, rated at 40 hours -- half that of the Wii U Pro controller, which did not have to devote battery life to new features such as force feedback (HD Rumble,) an NFC reader, and a gyroscope. I only need to recharge it once a week, if that, and that's definitely acceptable. I do have a few qualms with the Switch Pro controller, one of which is a serious design flaw that really hampers my enjoyment of the product. The negligible problem is with the face buttons -- they're just kind of "there;" ugly, boring buttons with sharp edges that stick out a millimeter or two more than they need to. It'd be nice if the edges were flush with the controller when pressed. The serious design flaw is with the D-pad (directional pad.) I frequently get erroneous inputs from it due to its design, despite being on my third refurbished controller from Nintendo. The D-pad is able to be easily rocked up and down via the left and right directions, meaning I get plenty of unintended "up" inputs while pushing left or right. This ranges from inconvenient (choosing runes in Zelda, aiming in Metal Slug, using magic in Shovel Knight) to game-breaking (unintended hard drops in Puyo Puyo Tetris.) It baffles me that Nintendo, the inventor and patent holder of the D-pad, managed to get it so wrong on this controller. It's frustrating to have to avoid using this expensive controller in any game that benefits from using the D-pad over the analog stick. I can't help but laugh that the D-pad was one of the major selling points for me, yet the face-buttons-imitating-D-pad Joy-Con implementation works so much better. If having a D-pad is your top reason for purchasing, be wary. Other than that, it's a pretty solid controller.

A Must for Nintendo Switch Gamer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a must for a Nintendo Switch gamer. I bought it for Breath of the Wild after the Joy-Con controller’s analog sticks kept sticking, apparently a very common issue. This pro controller solved that problem and has handled many hours of gameplay from multiple users in my household with no issues.

Great design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is very comfortable and I would highly suggest buying if you're going to play titles which will have you seated in front of your TV for hours such as Zelda. The only thing "wrong" with it is the rumble feedback isn't as pronounced as it is in Xbox and PS controllers. Otherwise, this is a great-fitting controller!

Must have for Switch owners
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The joy cons that come with the switch are fine for mobile gaming but if you plan on playing on a tv you need this controller. A bit pricey but worth it in the end.

Must have item for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm probably in the minority as I despise playing Mario Kart with the joy cons due to the hand strain. This is an essential item - very comfortable, sturdy, and easy to configure for use. Still don't understand why it's so expensive TBH but it's Nintendo...
