The Switch Pro Controller is a must have if you like playing with multiple people. It allows comfort for the user and plays wirelessly from a good distance for a long time. Highly recommend for any Switch player.

Good feeling quality controller. Good battery life.

It's far more ergonomic (comfortable) to hold and use than the JoyCons, even if you use the grip attachment you get with your console. If you like your Switch, but lamented the lack of a traditional controller... the Pro controller is for you. The feel of this is closer to that of an Xbox One controller than of a PS4 controller, if mainly due to the asymmetrical joystick layout. I tend to like this. Some may not. Either way, I can't imagine you'd prefer using JoyCons over this. If own a Switch and consider yourself an even remotely serious gamer, then you need to grab the Pro controller. It's well worth the money, especially when on sale.

If you are okay with the basic joy-con wireless controllers which come standard with the Switch, then I wouldn’t recommend this product. However, the small controllers can become uncomfortable for long term use if you have big hands or cramp easily. This wireless pro controller is very pricy, but if it is necessary it is a high quality product. I recommend it, but it is over priced.

The best controller around It has the right weight and is the best co troller for the switch

This is a must have if you play at all in docked mode. The joy cons in a grip are nice, but for prolonged play this pro controller is a must. I think it's the most comfortable of the big three console makers and has the best battery life as well.

Nintendo made a switch controller - WIRELESS! Love it! Has provided hours of great fun without wires! Will be purchasing another! Would recommend! Nothing bad to say about this controller!

Fantastic controller with excellent battery life and comfortable grips/buttons. The only problem is my D-pad registers UP when I press left or right. I understand Nintendo customer service is addressing the issue, but until production units are consistently improved, buyers should be aware. Despite the problem, this is how I played Zelda for 120 hours last month, and in that game it was fairly easy to adjust. However, I do have nightmares of how this will affect super jumps in Splatoon 2...

The Nintendo Switch Pro controller is an excellent piece of hardware. The controller is comfortable, the battery life is amazing, and you get a real D pad with the Pro controller. The controller is a little pricey, but it is completely worth it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this controller. I can't complain about anything that it does. Theres no lag or stick drift for any game at any time. I couldn't recommend this controller enough.

If you have the option to buy this controller absolutely make it a mission to do so. The joycons are fine until you have a pro controller on hand, this is a controller I put on par with the Ps4's. Except the buttons feel sturdier, battery life is better, and there's a more satisfying weight to it. Input latency doesn't seem to be an issue and for the switch's current and announced offerings the pro controller looks like the way to go. Though the price is still a hard pill to swallow.

Works perfectly way better than the controllers that came with the switch would buy again customer service was great they actually stopped what they were doing and got the product for me the case was empty and went and got me one from somewhere else in the store without even asking I don’t see that very often these days

Seriously, this is probably the best quality/feel game controller made for any console platform. Very responsive, nice weight/balance, and great ergonomics. If you have a switch and play at home you need several of these!

I like this controller very much. For someone that can't really hold a tiny joy-con switch remote, this is the next best thing. I holds a really long charge and works really well.

I am a console gamer, so the original switch Joycons just never really felt right, even when slipping them into the controller dock that comes with the switch. What I am most surprised by with this controller, is how insanely long the battery lasts! Like... I've owned this controller for almost 4 months now, played with it for HOURS multiple days per week, and I've still only had to charge it 3 times. The controllers with my PlayStation last through a single gaming session if I'm lucky. The buttons are bigger and more responsive than the Joycons, imo. If you often play with the switch docked on the TV, I'd definitely recommend the pro controller if you can afford it!

This is pricier than other standard controllers for PS4/Xbox, but this is definitely worth it. Battery life lasts 40 hours, buttons feel great, and it's extremely comfortable. I played 100 hours of Zelda with this and never felt uncomfortable.

If you want to experience playing the Nintendo Switch at home with a high quality controller than this is the one to own. I even use the controller out of docked mode, it’s very comfortable and easily one of the best controllers around.

I was very hesitant to go in for the Pro Controller at it's high price point, but Nintendo has created one of my all-time favorite controllers with this one. Amazing battery life and very, very well worth the money.
