This may be the most comfortable controller I've ever held. I'd heard that, and didn't see what the big deal was just from looking at it, but then I held it and was sold. Definitely a noticeable upgrade over the joy-cons + grip but also just too dang expensive. I've seen the price breakdowns of all the tech that's inside and it is a fair price based on that, but paying $70 for a controller is still hard to swallow.

Bottom line: you need this controller. This is the only controller i use to play in TV mode. Excellent battery life, great feel, and it really enhanced my experiences with Mario Kart, Tetris, and Zelda. Get one!

The standard controllers that come with the switch are good for travel but are much smaller and to me are not as comfortable for home play. I like these larger full controllers much better. Very Durable!

love the controller!! it's a great alternative to the joy cons and in my opinoin, a much better gaming option as the controller feels better and has better battery life than the joy cons

It is the best joystick controller for Nintendo Switch. Hands and fingers don’t hurt when playing for couple hours compared to all other remotes and even the joycon. Very sturdy. Over the other designs were you can program multiple signals in one click/press, I would select this one, albeit the most expensive option, for its superior optimized design, shapes, and button quality. The side arms are long and fit very well into your hands. The motion feature is very precise and intuitive. Many times you can just move your joystick physically rather than pressing side/up-down, or combine for enhanced controls or even to take breaks. Simple love it.

The controller has been comfortable to play with. It’s better than playing with the joy-cons separately. The battery lasts a long time.

JoyCons would be great... if they didn’t drift. Thankfully, this controller doesn’t drift and is not only more comfortable, but has every feature joycons have.

Best thing you can buy for the switch. This pro controller fills good in your hands and it's better the using the joy cons. If your going to play with your switch for hours I will recommend the pro controller.

The controller feels & looks great!! Pairs easily to the Switch & has great battery life. I have not experienced any lag or other issues so far. Even though the price is a little steep, I do recommend buying one.

These controllers are really great. We got 3 of them to supplement the joy cons that come with the Switch console, and now 4 of us can comfortably race each other in Mario Kart or all 5 of us can have a rousing game of Super Smash Bros. (by splitting the original joy cons into 2 controllers). I can't say enough about the quality and ease-of-use. Very little hand fatigue, and the wireless interface with the console is really impressive. I haven't had a videogame console since the original NES, so I can't speak to the competition, but these controllers do not disappoint!

I have to admit I haven't really used the joycons.. Except for SniperClips.. Mainly because this thing feels right.. A must for those with larger hands and find the joycons a bit small.. Great battery life..

A lovely controller that has great design and battery life, feels great to hold even if a little small. I do wish it had a d-pad more like the joy cons or like the ps4's, but it still unctions fine.

I got this because I felt like the joycons were unresponsive for Smash Ultimate and it was a good choice. I was a little disappointed by the price, but the quality more than makes up for it.

It is a bit expensive but I believe Nintendo justifies it with the amazing battery life and great ergonomics and buttons. 10/10 not as fatiguing as the joycons for me

Was hesitant about spending $70 for an extra controller, when the joy-cons are included with the system. This controller is a game changer, i love it. Amazing battery life, would definitely recommend it!

Great controller overall. It's very well built, heavy enough to feel like it has value but not too heavy to strain your hands over time. It has a tremendously superior battery life compared with the PS4 and Xbox One. It's rechargeable and lasts 40 hours on a single charge. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to play games like Zelda on the big screen with having their hands cramp over the small joy-con controllers.

A very good quality and comfortable controller to use when the Switch is docked to the TV! Feels good in the hands when playing Super Smash Bros and Zelda!

This controller has been great to use as an adult when playing the Switch with kids. High quality and good size compared to the smaller controllers.

I would much rather spend the extra money and get the Nintendo switch controller instead of some knock off great battery life and feels like a good quality controller
