Was hesitant about spending $70 for an extra controller, when the joy-cons are included with the system. This controller is a game changer, i love it. Amazing battery life, would definitely recommend it!

Great controller overall. It's very well built, heavy enough to feel like it has value but not too heavy to strain your hands over time. It has a tremendously superior battery life compared with the PS4 and Xbox One. It's rechargeable and lasts 40 hours on a single charge. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to play games like Zelda on the big screen with having their hands cramp over the small joy-con controllers.

This is definitely the most confortable controller out of the current gen consoles. Battery life is great and has held up very nicely since I bought it last year.

I normally buy off brand controllers, but this was definitely worth paying a bit extra. I've been needing something wireless to play on my switch as an extra controller, but I didn't want to just get another set of joy-cons, and I couldn't justify buying any of the off brands for their price, so I figured I'd go a bit extra and get the pro controller. It fits in the hands quite nicely, and since it's an official controller, it supports the HD rumble (which I've been enjoying), among all the other features on the joycons. I would defs recommend it if you're willing to pay the price for it. Probs would be best saved for a special event though.

This controller feels just like an Xbox controller and battery last forever, I love it and even when I take the switch out of the house I always carry it with me since it's much better than the joy-con's.

Bought a regular Switch wireless pro controller from Best Buy in-store a few months back. The controller was in mint condition as it should be as it was new and sealed when bought. The controller worked wirelessly the first time I used it and has worked with no issue(s) the few times I've used it since then. I can't say I've used it enough to comment on the build quality of the controller or to encounter the possibility of something such as stick drift occuring, but so far as I mentioned I've had no issues with it.

The Switch Pro Controller is a high-quality gamepad that offers excellent build quality, comfortable ergonomics, and precise controls. It's perfect for gamers who prefer a traditional console-style controller over the Joy-Cons. The battery life is impressive, and it connects easily to the Switch console. Overall, a great investment for serious Switch gamers.

Most of the time I spend playing games on my Xbox using an Elite controller, but when playing on the Switch this controller just feels better than putting two Joy-Cons in the handset that comes standard this the console. Even if I’m playing Super Mario Bros U Deluxe, I prefer the Pro over the Joy Cons because since it’s a normal size for a controller (Joy-Cons are smaller overall, less grip, smaller buttons). I also feel like I smash buttons when I play and feel like the Joy Con was going to eventually fail but the Pro I don’t feel that way. Great buy for anyone who uses controllers on other consoles.

I got this for my new Nintendo switch and it didn't disappoint me. Fresh out of the box, I've used it and I made the right choice. I didn't go with the cheaper wireless controllers because I wasn't sure how they'll perform. Glad I went with my instinct.

The pro controller feels solid and the grip is natural. The battery will last for weeks with a single charge I'm not lying here! The quality of control it's great! the price is high but it's worth it.

Better option to replacing JoyCons or cheaper off-brand controllers. My JoyCons had started giving me issues so while they were being repaired I had purchased a cheap (Approx $25) controller to hold me over, which was great until it broke less than six months later. When the other JoyCon began malfunctioning, I opted to invest in this controller. So far it has worked very well! I played one day for about 18 hours straight and the controller still responded well and had plenty of battery life. My only complaint is the placement of the Home and Snapshot buttons, which are a bit awkwardly placed for people with small hands.

This controller is just absolutely fantastic. The Joycons that come with the system are really nice and work well, but doesn't feel quite as you would expect a modern game controller to do. This does. It feels great and comfortable in the hand, and what's more, Nintendo has corrected what I feel is a design oversight with their "Pro" Controller for the Wii U. The sticks are now in the same orientation they would be on an Xbox Controller (for example) with the right stick being lower and the buttons being higher. This was flipped on the Wii U and I honestly didn't like the ergonomics of it. This however is perfect and I highly reccomend it to anyone who wants some more precision in their gaming.
