The pro controller is a pretty easy buy if you can get past the steeper prices that Nintendo's controller hardware is coming at these days. The controller itself is very comfortable and easy to pick up and play with. I massively prefer it to the Joy Con grip controller when it comes to couch play on my TV. Though the price may make it much more expensive, I am excited to get ahold of four of these over the course of the variation releases in order to have four controllers that anyone can pick up and be comfortable with on the spot. My personal game recommendations that work great with this controller are for Breath of the Wild, Mario Rabbids, and Splatoon

If your hands are too big for the joycons, than the pro controller is a must. Upon the first 10 minutes of me of me using the switch with the joycons I began to get slight fatigue in my hands which made the decision for the pro controller much more easier. The pro controller has made the switch experience much better know because I can game for hours now without dealing with hand cramps. In addition, some switch users will find that the pro controller will be idea for more serious game play moments such as drifting and fighting game combos to name a few!

The feel and comfort alone of the controller is enough to rate an easy 5! Connectivity and battery is a plus, and so is the function as well! Really no complains at all tbh!

Love the long battery life! I needed something bigger for my adult size hands and it fit the bill perfectly!

What can I say, It's super comfortable. It has everything the joycons have, (hd rumble,motion, etc...) The battery is great, I beat Zelda with a single charge... definitely worth the 70 bucks.

While these are a little on the pricey side, these are really great controllers. Especially playing games that require the traditional controllers such as Super Smash Bros.

yes quite expensive but for good reason, the control is high quality in build and feel. nice weight and grip especiallyif you have big hands. battery last quite long and easy to charge

The controller works great! I’ve had it for over a year and a half now and it still works great like when I first got it. The battery does last a while and the Bluetooth works good too. The buttons feel natural and aren’t too hard to press or aren’t too loud when you press them either. I have yet to find anything negative about it.

I love the pro controller I used it for countless of hours playing Zelda BOTW without having to charge it. I personally prefer this controller over the joycons for longer gameplay sessions.

Great battery life, comfortable to use, and excellently built. It feels great to grab the controller and sit and play BoTW for an hour.

There's no reason to not own a Pro controller outside of financial limitations. This is easily one of if not the best controller to-date, bar none. The weight is just heavy enough to give you a real sense of how sturdy it is. Button positioning works for most any able hands, and the shape feels neither bulky nor scrawny. Visually simple, needing nothing to impress because when you hold it, you know. I highly recommend keeping an eye out for sales on these and getting at least one if not two alongside your JoyCons. You can't go wrong with a Pro controller.

This is a very nice option when playing on the tv more comfortable than the original controller a little pricey but other than that nice charge last a long time

A necessity for the switch if you’re like me and prefer a controller over the joy cons. Wireless and rechargeable. A must have in my opinion.

Overpriced, but buy it if you play a lot on the big screen. It’s been on sale recently, but even at full prices it’s better than the joy cons of your used to PS4 or Xbox.

I bought the pro controller to use when I play the switch via My TV. I’m so glad I did! Battery life has been great and it feels comfortable in my hand. Nice product and sturdy too.

A very superb controller with convenient face button placement, sensible control sticks, solid shoulder buttons, and a highly expansive battery life all-around. Definitely a good and simple pick-up-and-use controller although if the D-Pad was crafted a little along with slightly longer grips beneath the controller, it would be even more perfect.

I can't believe it took a pandemic to get me to buy this. I should have done this a looooooong time ago. Works great. Takes a little getting used to if you were using the joycons in a grip before. Really comfy for long sessions. I appreciate that it uses USB-C to charge as almost all of my devices use the same connector. The battery lasts many days between charging, maybe weeks at my current usage. The only drawback is that not all the games allow playing using the controller, requiring single joycons instead.

If you plan on playing your Switch in dock mode, you must buy this pro controller! It's super comfortable and it fits a lot better in my hands than those tiny joycons!
