The D-Pad is a travesty

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't believe that the company that invented the D-pad is so bad at making a modern controller with a D-pad that actually works. I've gone through 3 of these controllers and always had the same issue with the D-pad. The D-Pad sits up too high and it just won't register inputs properly. Right pushes will go up, or down pushes will go left. It's just unusable. And the sad part is that the Wii-U Pro controller has one of the best and most usable D-pads. I don't understand how Nintendo gets away with this honestly.

It Functions

It comes with a 59 inch cable that has a USB connector at one end and a proprietary connector at the other. If you want to leave the switch next to the television set and sit more than 5 feet away from the set you will need to purchase an extension USB cord.
