As soon as you unbox the controller and grip it with both hands, you will immediately satisfied with your purchase. Perfect weight, perfect rumble... it all adds up to a much enhanced experience when playing tabletop or docked.

I bought a cheap $20 3rd-party controller from gamestop earlier and tried it out, immediately realizing I had made a mistake. I decided I would go for an actual 1st-party controller and I couldn't find it anywhere, not even on amazon, but Best Buy happened to have it in my area. I am thankful I was able to get it on the same day I bought that awful controller I regret buying. It feels great, the buttons don't make annoying sounds when you press them, the analog sticks are satisfying, and it definitely beats using any other controller for the Switch. Definitely worth every dollar.

The Joy-Cons are finicky at times and are tough to hold due to their compact nature, so that's where the Pro Controller comes in. It is comfortable to hold, well-built, and keeps a charge for a good amount of time. It's a must-have for anyone that's more than a casual Switch player.

For anyone coming from a Xbox or PS4 this is a must have, I rarely use the Switch in handset mode and the joycon adapter makes a strange, janky controller to me. This is a much better option if you are willing to spend $70 for it, a little over priced I would say though, should be $50 it's not that great.

Controllers feel great and make the gaming experience more pleasant than the joy cons. Highly recommend to get when you purchase the Switch.

Many online reviewers complained that the joycon grip didn't feel right and wasn't all that great to play on. I personally didn't have a problem with it. I didn't intend on picking this up, but I got the last one in the store and I was curious. The pro controller is really nice. While I didn't have a problem with the joycon grip, this controller definitely feels better, especially if you are playing for many hours. The only thing I have against it, and its really just a nitpick, is that I'd like to see the start/select buttons switch places with the home and screenshot buttons.

Controller works as expected. We needed a new controller for our Switch due to drift with the old ones. Works like a champ now .

Now I don't play my Switch on the big screen too often, but when i do, this control is great for it. It's a solid, comfy easy to use control, and has all the equivalent bells and whistles you get playing the system in handheld. Battery life is remarkable!

Very comfortable to use. My one complaint is I think I would've liked if the +/- buttons had been switched with the screen cap and home buttons or in a completely different location because while playing Zelda I've probably taken 10 screenshots when I meant to open and check the map.

This is a truly awesome controller. The weight, ergonomics, and response is all perfect. I do wish it came with an audio jack, but that does not stop me from loving this controller. Much better than both xbox and ps4 variants.

This is simply an amazing controller. Much more comfortable and better to use than the joy cons. Awesome that it also included the USB C cable which can also be used to charge the switch. Overall an amazing controller.
