Works great, much better than the joy sticks. One thing to keep in mind when purchasing, like new returned merch, it needs to be cleaned before using. My controller had dirt in between the creases. Enough dirt or grime that was completely gross. I have included pics. The sink collected the particles of dirt that I cleaned from the unit. Clean as a whistle now...lol.

Absolutely recommend it to everyone, especially if you play games like Super Smash Bros., Bayonetta, Hyrule Warriors, and a ton more. Definitely wanna invest in this, it's worth it!
