Simply the best controller for the Nintendo switch. I think it’s better than the joy controls. My kids agree.

I really love the Pro Controller. I have the Pro Controller for the Wii U, and it's kind of a bummer Nintendo didn't allow it to work on the Switch, but since I prefer a more traditional control style and both my wife and I have issues with our hands at times, this controller was essential. It is a bit expensive, but when you consider that PS4 and Xbox One have controllers that cost around $64.99, it's not too bad. Hopefully they'll come down in price at some point as I'd like to get a second one. It's a really well-built controller and the buttons feel really nice. They have a good stiffness but they aren't too stiff. The joysticks are nicer than the ones on the standard Joy-Cons and the controller feels really good when holding it. It's also really sturdy and you can tell it was built with kids in mind, which is a good thing. The cord is a bit short and since it plugs into the dock to charge, it's almost impossible to play wired because it can be really easy to pull the entire dock and system off the entertainment center if you're not careful. I recommend playing with it wireless and letting it charge when not playing. Overall, if you want a more traditional play-style, I'd say make the investment and get this controller. It's worth it!

The size and the button layout are perfect with great response. Also the battery last a long time over 7 hours before I needed to charge It again.

I absolutely love this controller. Very comfortable, easy to pair, and really long battery life. Much better than the Joy-Con controller grip the Switch comes with.

Love this controller. The Joy Cons that come with the system are too small for my hands. This is almost identical in size and feel to my Xbox One controller.

This is one of the must have accessories for the switch. Battery life is great Hand feel is great Way better then the wiiu pro controller, which was good.

Was hesitant to spend $70 on a controller, but it was worth every penny. Feels comfortable in my hands. It's awesome playing Zelda BOTW and Mario Kart 8 with this.

The controller falls right smack in the middle of the PS4 and xbox controller in a good way. Pairing is easy and done with the included USB-C cable and the battery life lasts forever. I did have some issues at first using it to turn on the switch while it's in docking mode. Quickly figured out that you just hold down the home button for a few seconds then it gives a quick vibration to indicate the system is turning on. My only quibble is that the face buttons are a little squishier than the other console controllers out there but it hasn't hindered my zelda sessions one bit. I would recommend.

Quality product. Great battery life. Easy and fast to sync up. However if it looses sync and you dont have the cable... you out of luck.

As someone who is smaller and doesn’t mind smaller controls, even I understand that the joy cons break easily and don’t fit everyone’s hands well. They do the job well enough for me, but it’s hard to beat a really solidly built controller and that’s what this is. It’s solid, feels well put together and works really well. Once you start using it, it’s hard to go dock mode with the joy cons in the controller dock. Battery life is great too! Doesn’t take super long to charger and lasts quite a bit.

great controller. I'm older, 70, and this was the best controller for me to use with the new Wi versus the smaller controller that separates in the middle. Even my son now prefers this over those !! GO WITH THE PRO !

The Pro Wireless Controller is the only way to play the Switch. The Joy-Con controllers have lousy thumbsticks that make playing most games difficult. This controller is responsive, ergonomic, and plenty durable (my five-year-old smacked it against the TV, and the controller survived. The TV did not).

Hands down my favorite controller for any gaming console I have ever used. The size, weight and performance is just perfect.

This is a must have for your Switch. Its a little costly but the Pro controller is just as good if not better than the PS4 Duelshock or the Xbox One Game Pad.

What else can I say besides it looks and feels great. Everything is responsive and it’s comfortable for long sessions of gaming!

Great controller feels great weight is good. Use it as a 3rd for Mario Kart parties. Waiting to start playing zelda on the big screen and will use the controller.

This controller is a must for playing Zelda. Comfortable to hold and added battery for longer game play vs joycons. A necessary addition to your Switch purchase.

I’ve heard so many reviews saying that they had gotten unlucky with drift of the pro controller right out of the box. I got this controller because if you get the right one, it won’t have drift and it takes way longer to make it happen compared to Joy Cons. I’m glad I get to use this with the TV instead of having to use my Joy Cons life span so then I can use them in handheld only. I’ve tried it out for a few weeks, and this is my favorite controller of all. Definitely would recommend

Probably the best controller for the Nintendo Switch. Great for kids because of the smaller foot print but it is not a disadvantage for adults either. Buttons are very responsive, as well as the joysticks. Battery life is amazing. Anyone buying this controller won't regret it.
