The two men knew how to quickly remove the doors to get through the narrow doorway. Not a blemish to any door or surrounding woodwork.

After my old refrigerator broke we had to order a new one ASAP. After the delivery of the new refrig. we were so happy to get the old one out of our house. It eliminated us trying to haul it away and was worth the fee. The installers did a good job of bringing in the new refrig. and hauling away the old one. The old one was 18 years old and couldn't be fixed.

This was my first My experience with buying an appliance from Best Buy and having it delivered and hauling away the old item. It was been nothing short of spectacular. the price of delivering and hauling away is fantastic and the service is great. i used to order my appliances from places like sears, home depot, wayfair but never again. it was always a hassle or ridiculously expensive or they didn't offer the option of hauling away the old item. Or they wouldn't deliver to my apartment on the 5th floor. best buy delivered to my kitchen and took away the old item and it was for an excellent price. I will always get my appliances from best buy moving forward.

Crew that delivered our fridge was excellent, per my other review for delivery. However, they (as was reported to me by my wife who was home) seemed surprised about the haul-away, as though they hadn't been informed. How is that possible when it's part of the invoice? Nonetheless, I'm grateful that they hauled away our old fridge and it didn't become a hassle I'd have had to deal with later. Thank you for providing the service.

I wouldnt have known what to do with my old range but they picked it up and had it out in no time.

They took care not to damage my home and helped me with requests. They moved my old unit to the garage where I wanted it, again taking care not to damage my home. Great service.

Wow! Those guys were fast getting the old out and getting the new in. They were careful not to ding up the walls going down the stairs. Very efficient and on time!

Haul away service guys were professional and courteous. However, they were third-party (not Geek Squad) and didn’t know that the service included movement of a TV to another room which they did anyway. Just make sure you specify when ordering (not that there is an easy way to do this).

OMG....these guys that delivered my refrigerator were fantastic! They were quick without any shortcuts and very careful not to damage my home or appliance. Very professional!

Great option to not worry about getting rid of the old machine. They gave us time to clean up behind there a bit.

I was very worried about carrying out my wall oven to dispose of it. I have a bad back and these chores can be terrible. For a nominal fee they took care of my old oven. Great
