They are very respectful to the homeowner. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend buying appliance from Best Buy. They protected my item and brought it in carefully. Unlike Lowe's they move boxes inside their trucks like domino.

They took great care when removing the old appliances, and even allowed me time to vacuum and disinfect the area before installing the new appliances. Thank you guys for such a wonderful job.
