OMG....these guys that delivered my refrigerator were fantastic! They were quick without any shortcuts and very careful not to damage my home or appliance. Very professional!

Sure I can call my local waste management company to pick up my old oven, but why not have the people who install my new oven take away my old oven. All without me having to break my back.

The gentlemen here today to deliver, set up our new refrigerator and take away our old refrigerator did an outstanding job. They were very friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Not sure if their names, but would highly recommend them to do the job right

This was my first My experience with buying an appliance from Best Buy and having it delivered and hauling away the old item. It was been nothing short of spectacular. the price of delivering and hauling away is fantastic and the service is great. i used to order my appliances from places like sears, home depot, wayfair but never again. it was always a hassle or ridiculously expensive or they didn't offer the option of hauling away the old item. Or they wouldn't deliver to my apartment on the 5th floor. best buy delivered to my kitchen and took away the old item and it was for an excellent price. I will always get my appliances from best buy moving forward.

Removed old appliance quickly and carefully. Hauled away to recycle/dispose of. Would have needed to fight with our trash company to get hauled away for a large fee anyways.

OUT WITH THE OLD, bring in the new, is super easy when the old is hauled away and the new is left in its place. The team was very nice and professional.
