Adding haul away to my washer dryer combo order was a no-brainer. Old machine was removed and no damage done to property. Absolutely a bargain for just $25.

The gentlemen that installed our new refrigerator were professional and personable. They carefully removed our front door to avoid any damage to the narrow entry way and/or refrigerator. After hooking things up and checking the operation, they reviewed pertinent info and answered our questions. Then they promptly hauled away our ancient one, as planned. Great service!

The gentlemen here today to deliver, set up our new refrigerator and take away our old refrigerator did an outstanding job. THANKFULLY, THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY FROM THE WEEK PRIOR! I wish I could remember they man's name of the company who eventually came out to actually haul away the rest of our fridge after the original delivery company took only what they could make money from. The gentleman was pleasant, apologetic, and promptly took the items away. Best Buy should ALWAYS contract the delivery folks that came the next week to complete the job the first company did not.

Workers were careful not to damage anything in the house when removing old fridge. Probably could have recharged refrigerant and saved a lot of money.
