The team was communicative, on-time, thorough, knowledgable, pleasant, and professional. Every part of their service met or exceeded my expectations. Since I had everything ready for them, the two techs could program the TV with the Samsung remote, plus the cable box and the Samsung soundbar. I didn't ask them to do anything that wasn't part of the TV delivery and installation quote. Removal of my old Sony rear projection TV was performed expertly and carefully. The term was also careful of how they parked in my driveway.

This was a very easy way to dispose of the old dishwasher and they were careful to make sure that nothing was damaged during the removal from my home.

Many retailers don't offer delivery, haul away old appliance or installation services. Best Buy provided all of these services that were free or very reasonably priced. The installation team was extremely proficient and professional.
