The dryer that was delivered looks like a scratch-and-dent model. It has scratches all over the top and multiple dings, many of which have paint stuck in the corners of the unit. I am guessing these were from somewhere in our house, unless they were before arrival. The dryer is also clearly not leveled, with a slight bit of weight on one side, which tilts it forward. I have tried to send emails (they only send from NO REPLY addresses), place phone calls (brace yourself for automated system madness), use their useless "chatbot" that does NOTHING, and even stopped by my local store to talk about this, but was sent away with a card and another 1800 number to call. I have wasted so much time regarding these appliances I purchased that I will surely never do this kind of purchase at Best Buy in the future. Our delivery date was changed on the day of the washing machine's initial delivery. We were not there on the day of the dryer delivery and had a neighbor take care of it. We had no idea it would be this difficult to get help from a place we spent 1000+ dollars with for new appliances. For the washer delivery, they almost didn't install it, cause they were "unable" to loosen the water connections. I had to do it myself. This is what we paid for. We paid extra to have them come, and we had to break loose the hoses, or they were going to take the washing machine back with them. This is our first and last time buying from Best Buy with installation services.

Upgraded our 10-yr old GE microwave that we purchased from Best Buy. For Black Friday, Best Buy provided the best online experience to compare models, capabilities and options. Our new GE microwave was scheduled for installation within a week, and we were back to heating and eating meals so quickly. And Best Buy setup the haul away and recycle of our old microwave.

Spencer and his partner were on time, efficient, and very helpful with the setup. They recognized the pedestals provided by the warehouse were not compatible with the washer/dryer we purchased, and they communicated this to their department and scheduled for replacement. The setup was perfect and both washer and dryer are working well. We are now waiting for the pedestals. Both service members wore masks and observed covid-19 protocols, which we appreciated. Thanks so much!
