Bad: Total disregard of time -- they showed up way earlier than scheduled (thank goodness I was home at the time), yet I still ended up waiting, as they promised to arrive in 20 minutes and actually showed up closer to 40 minutes later (with no explanation or apology). I was going to tip them generously, but because of their lack of respect for my time, I pocketed the tip instead.

So Glad to Have This Benefit

They showed up 30+ early and were very efficient. My wife oversaw there effort and I did not have to get involved.

Very convenient recycle service

I was easily worth $40 to not have to hassle with taking the broken TV to the county recycling center where it would have cost more money to recycle. Thanks, Best Buy!
