Fast and Easy refrigerator replacement. Delicered in my area when other stores don't.

It was great. They had no problem eith moving. It helped me out trying to figure out i would of done with it.

Beats paying to rent a truck and pay to dump. And no lifting.

The refrigerator was professionally installed and delivered. The two workers were able to quickly take out the old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator while also providing a quick walkthrough and confirmed that the new unit was cooling. Would highly recommend! This is the 3rd time I've purchased an appliance from Best Buy and their deliver service have always delivered great service. Thank you!

Sure is nice to wish-away the old appliance. They took it all the way out from the kitchen, no problem.

Bought a replacement dishwasher with installation and this carry away service. Nowhere in either service did it mention that disconnect was included. So I disconnected and pulled out the old unit and put it in the dining room. After hooking up and installing the new unit (which we love) they took the old unit away. Hooray!

So far, so good! Cleans well. Spin cycles are nice! Items come out pretty dry = less time in dryer. I wipe down the inside window & rubber gasket, then leave door open for a while after each use. Washer uses less water & energy than our old machine which is another plus.

Ordered a new fridge after my current one died, the delivery drivers hauled the old one away and put in the new one. These guys were professional, kind, and respectful. They took the time to inform me every step of the way what they were doing, calling me ahead of time to make sure I was home, too. They were strong able bodied workers capable of moving the appliances & made quick work of something that would've been impossible for me and my physical handicap. The washer and dryer are both decent considering the price. The washer is difficult to level, since the top surfaces are not flat and level. The washer, even when leveled and load balanced, has a tendency to "walk". The control knobs are made of cheap, thin, plastic.

The team was very good. They were quick, cleaned up area and professional.

Quick and easy removal of a very large old refrigerator.

The dryer works very well. So far everything has dried evenly on the normal cycle. The folding lint filter is a little difficult to open; it also takes a little jiggling to get it back into its slot. Overall though, I am very happy with the dryer's performance.

Installer was fantastic and professional. Even let me know that my hot water valve was corroded (which is was) and was prepared to replace it with an additional fee. Was very upfront about the cost and showed the old valve vs the new, and walked me through how to work the dishwasher before hauling away the old one.

Professional crew hauled the old refrigerator away and set all the new stuff up fast and efficiently!
