Takes the worry out of disposal

It was a great price and I did not have to worry about calling the trash service to haul it away. We live outside the city limits so it would have cost a lot to take it to a local dump. It is worth the money. This was also in the middle of COVID and the workers were very conscientious of what they were doing and professional overall.

The only down-side was the service price; 10 years ago delivery & haul away for dryer purchased from BB was FREE; this time $89.

Great service, but poor scheduling

Kinda doesn’t make sense to choose a date and time, then change that after you’ve made arrangements because they are ahead of schedule. Caused them to need to wait for me to be home from work, and lucky I could do that. Otherwise the service went as planned, they placed my new tv in the room I wanted and took my old broken tv with them.

Good to have but use at your own risk

There was some confusion on their end since English did not seem like their first language. Next time, I would just be more clear and repeat myself many times.
