Fantastic Customer Service

But when the delivery people arrived at my location, they came to the house with their own booties as it was raining outside. They were very clean they were very courteous and they took the time to do a demonstration of how the new system worked. What was really above and beyond is when they called me a couple days later to see how the system is working and if I had any questions.

Confusion

The agents on the phone seemed to think it was a separate service that had to be scheduled and it was a big issue. But when the guy got here he said it’s always included with the installation and not a separate service.

Good guys

I felt bad for them because it was pouring rain. What I didn't like was they parked their truck in the middle of the street so there were cars backed up and honking for the entire time that they hauled away my old fridge and set up my new one. I even had people coming up to my house and ringing my bell. They wouldn't move the truck until they were done. Kind of inconsiderate.. however, they did a great job with everything else and under the circumstances.

They hauled away the old washer/dryer in my unit so did not have to deal with that. I would recommend this feature.
