Fast, quiet, courteous, and professional. They even cleaned the floor after removal and prior to installation-- I didn't ask them, but they did it anyway. Very pleased!!!

It worked out

They didn’t want to take it. I told them that I paid extra for it, but they said no. They didn’t really speak English very well. I showed them the receipt. One of the guys left and made phone call. They came back and took it. It was a bit stressful, but in the end, they took it. The price was right for such a big tv.

Tv/Receiver/ Sound

Deliver and haul away good. A little challenge on set up. Geek tech had to set up to stream Directv because sound would not work if used Directv receiver was used. Explanation was sound system. Had to wait for Directv rep to come out to check the Directv receiver which worked.
