So far, so good! Cleans well. Spin cycles are nice! Items come out pretty dry = less time in dryer. I wipe down the inside window & rubber gasket, then leave door open for a while after each use. Washer uses less water & energy than our old machine which is another plus.

The washer and dryer are both decent considering the price. The washer is difficult to level, since the top surfaces are not flat and level. The washer, even when leveled and load balanced, has a tendency to "walk". The control knobs are made of cheap, thin, plastic.

The installers were wonderful, my prior dishwasher was so old ( pre 1997 when I moved in) that the installers explained why and how they needed to install a new electric box, and while they were checking, noticed some leaking and out in two new valves, they were courteous, thorough, and left no mess

I was happy they were came and took the old fridge away and I didn't have to worry about it. The made sure it was removed without any damage to walls, etc.

The old appliances were a little funky to say the least. These guys hauled them away and I didn't have to worry about it. Worth every penny or rather every dollar.

Installers, Jose & Daniel, were great. They were professional and provided information on operation of the washer. They were careful during the install and hauling away the old washer and dryer.

The dryer works very well. So far everything has dried evenly on the normal cycle. The folding lint filter is a little difficult to open; it also takes a little jiggling to get it back into its slot. Overall though, I am very happy with the dryer's performance.

As a part of our delivery of a new Insignia refrigerator, the old one had to go. The new one was installed and the old one out of our walk-in basement in 15 minutes. Nice guys, smart and very efficient.

Let me start with Best Buy delivery services, everything was on point. The gentlemen who delivered our washer were extremely kind and helpful. So far this washer is incredible the only thing it dosen't docis bake bread. For my future apliance purchase i reall hope i get the same delivery crew! Thank you for such a great experience!!!
