Called their office and was told to come and get it, but was given the wrong address. Wasted 3 hours round trip. As it was their mistake, was told they could return the part but they never did.

We're all seniors now. I was very glad to see this service offered. These guys carried the old unit out using straps as if it was nothing. Back in the old days we carried units by hand without straps. Excellent Job. highly recommend the service.
