One of the two guys who delivered our fridge used a hand-truck to walk the old fridge out to their truck (parked on the street, not in our driveway). Smooth transaction. However, it seems to me that the $24.99 fee is high, since Best Buy is making $ on the recycling of the old fridge.

Great value when paired with a new TV purchase

Worth It

They had the fridge out in minutes. They had to wait on us to clean the area where it used to be and then they quickly installed the new fridge, waterline, leveled the fridge and had it operating in no time. They also took the time go over some of the features and ask any questions that we had.

Im glad i added this service. They replace my range and haul away.

First crew with attitude but second crew did a job

Demanded that I removed all external doors when it’s wide enough to bring it in. So I tried but they didn’t want to wait. They brought in range and microwave and hauled away old refrigerator and range. Called and complained about first crew, they sent second crew a week later to complete the job for refrigerator. No issue with them. Such a waste of our time.

Great Experience

He moved in and hauled out the machines all by himself. He was equipped, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I don’t know what we would have done with the gross, leaking machine ourselves if we had to dispose of it.
