I added this service to my LG washer purchase. I didn't want to hassle with getting rid of the old washer, which wasn't working. They took care of it for me, which is exactly what I wanted!

I was hard for them in this little home. They were very professional

We had a heavy smell old refrigerator left from our landlord. We could not fix it no matter what we tried. After installing or new fridge, the delivery workers moved the heavy smell old fridge to the garage in the exact spot we wanted. We could not have managed this on our own so this was greatly appreciated. They did great work and handled everything with care. They were respectful and quickly installed the new and removed the old fridge and they were very nice.

The team did a great job: not only did they drain the water out (was necessary to be able to move it) but also did a great job installing the new washer and removing the old. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

No issues with the service. They hauled away the old appliance when delivering the new one. Pretty quick.

Somewhat of a splurge, haul away guarantees that the old dryer does not become an eyesore or a danger for children.

The delivery & installation guys were FABULOUS!! Very helpful, very accommodating, very pleasant! New fridge was being delivered to second floor unit. These guys brought it up very easily. And they brought down the haul away the same. You could tell they had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing.

I was very impressed with the guys that came to install and haul my dryer away as our washroom is on the 2nd floor so they needed to haul both up and down 2 staircases!

Best buy didn't excellent job of getting rid of my old appliances. I found this a convenient feature of their installation package and I would recommend.

As promised. Old item gone, They double checked the evap pan so as not to make a mess.

The guys who installed our washing machine and hauled away the old one did a great job, were super fast, and got through a narrow area with ease. They were also super nice to our puppy!

Delivery guys hauled the old dishwasher away. I’d removed and place it on our porch as it’s a light enough appliance to handle on a floor. I wouldn’t have wanted to lift it to a truck.

The range this one replaced was professionally removed w/ the area the new range cleaned and ready to receive.. Perfect installation and haul away..

Absolutely love my new refrigerator… it has so many pluses… 3 drawers in the freezer plus stand-up in the door for pizza boxes… 2drawers for the bottom…two doors for the top
