I like that we have the option to choose this when we buy a large appliance/electronic item. However, I believe it should be automatically included in delivery price as before.

Like I say, for the price, this is a must. My washer was a monster, plus filled with gross water. We were not going to deal with any of the delivery, installation and haul away. Stress free. I sat on the couch until they were done, then they showed me about the new product then left. EASY PEASY....

Great fridge and great storage. Love it! Highly recommend it. I have waited a year to write my review, just to see how this fridge holds-up. I love it more everyday! I am a single woman and it my fridge stays pretty packed for entertaining. I love the storage in the doors and the freezer has a pull out drawer on top that hold my alcohol and beer glasses. Everyone that sees it loves it and wants to look inside!!

The haul away of our old fridge was very easy and the guys were nice & professional.

I was very happy with the professional service of my delivery. After installing and cleaning up, they took time to go over every feature on my new stove and microwave.

Willie and crew were professional, efficient and knowledgeable on how to install product without taking lengthy time. Willie used safety when working with removing the old and installing the new.

I love that BestBuy takes the old appliances when they leave. The city does not pick up these large items and it is so nice to just be done with the old appliances when the new ones are installed.

It always amazes me how two people can delicately move huge appliances around in tight quarters. Only complaint is that they left a little bit of a dusty mess in the elevator from my old appliances that I had to clean up.

I really like the delivery because it was convenient for me since i have a small car and the TV I ordered was huge. Very nice and friendly.

The same guys who delivered and installed the fridge we bought took away our old one. They handled it with ease and are very good at what they do. Polite and respectful, they were a true pleasure to do business with.

Do the measuring they ask you to do and everything will go smoothly. Professional people. Didn’t not complain once and they had to carry it up a flight of stairs.

A great service if you want to get rid of your old tv.

Cheap way to get rid of your old appliance! Otherwise you have to haul it to a landfill or recycling center which can take time and still cost just as much or more than having Best Buy haul it away. Recommended if you do not have easy access to a pickup or other people to help you move the large heavy applicances.
