John and Sean were awesome. Professional and friendly. Incredibly thorough and careful, both with hauling away our old stove and installing our new one. My jaw dropped when they took out a level and actually made sure the new stove was perfectly level. They actually cared about my safety! They made sure everything was perfect before they left, and were so kind in the process. We can't say enough good things about these guys...and will definitely ask for them again next time we buy something from Best Buy!

It's so big it takes 2 to move it. The cost to do this was a deal! Saved me the hassle of trying to leave it on the street or dump it somewhere.

They were professional and provided information on operation of the washer. They were careful during the install and hauling away the old washer and dryer.

The new one was installed and the old one out of our walk-in basement in 15 minutes. Nice guys, smart and very efficient.
