They hauled away my heavy washing machine with ease, in and out in under 10 minutes.

As promised. Old item gone, They double checked the evap pan so as not to make a mess.

The two gentlemen (Samuel & Orlando) arrived early, removed our old washer and installed the new one in less than an hour! They were fast, professional, careful and courteous and also cleaned up! We received the most amazing service from these two gentlemen, and we couldn't have been more pleased!

We purchased a new dryer and arranged for the Best Buy installation team to come in and disconnect the old dryer and haul it away. They were quick and neat and efficient in this process. I consider this a must-get service if you purchase a new appliance from Best Buy.

The Washer & Dryer Home Professional Haul-Away Team was Amazing! They moved my older W&D set into my garage with ease. This has to be the first time a delivery crew appeared very knowledgeable of the installation of the washer/dryer, and the lent vent and did not scratch up my wall while moving the old and new Washer/Dryer set in. I can't thank them enough for conducting such an amazing job. Best Buy delivery crews get it done the right way, the first time!

The two delivery men were fast, efficient and friendly. They greeted me, REMOVED MY OLD WASHER, unboxed the new washing machine and then brought the new washer into the house. Their part was a good experience. The issue is with the timing of the delivery. I was given a window of 7:00-noon. The driver told me that he loaded his truck at 7:00, his 1st delivery was scheduled at 8:00 and my delivery was scheduled for 11:55 which about the time they arrived. In the future I hope that the scheduler would call to let the later deliveries know that the drivers would come later in the window or allow the drivers to make the same call. That way the customer would not feel like he/she had wasted a whole day.

My delivery guys did a great job at hauling away my old fridge. They were quick and efficient. It was out of the house before I knew it and the new one was already getting put in. Amazing!

These guys were incredibly efficient in getting the old one out and the new one in.

They made sure to be careful not to bang walls or corners because where we needed the new washer and old washer to be transferred was a little tight of corners but the maneuvered effortlessly.

I was worried since the washer was in a smaller room without much space to move and was right up against a dryer that was staying in place. they had no issues and took it away like it was nothing!

I could not be happier. Best Buy provided highly competent, friendly and professional installation services.

the team/guys who did my delivery were from Atlanta and said they were working the New Orleans area for the last 2 months. They were AWESOME...made it up the steps to my front porch then up to the 2nd story Laundry Room with not one issue....They used body harnesses with straps that went under the washer and the 2 guys lifted it with zero struggle and went up the stairs like nothing. They were 5 STARS and then some !! They setup the washer in its spot and then as planned I did the actual install ( water hook up and drain ) then stacked the dryer unit back on top. These guys rocked it ! thanks BEST BUY for a great delivery experience.

The delivery & installation guys were FABULOUS!! Very helpful, very accommodating, very pleasant! New fridge was being delivered to second floor unit. These guys brought it up very easily. And they brought down the haul away the same. You could tell they had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing.

These two guys lifted the old LG Washer out of a basement within mere minutes. Impressive.

The Gentlemen that came to haul away my old refrigerator after they delivered my new one were a breath of fresh air. I have been dealing with Home Depot to deliver a fridge for a month and after many assurances and changes in fridges, they still refused. These Gentlemen that Best Buy have looked at the problem and figured out how to deliver my new fridge AND haul away my OLD HEAVY fridge with out a problem. I can't say enough good things about them. They were professional and fast and efficient and pleasant. I am SO thankful that they were the ones to haul away my old heavy fridge. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN and THANK YOU BEST BUY!

The crew that brought the new fridge helped us pull the old one out. It was larger than dispatch had described to them. They were cool about the whole thing.
