WOW!!! What a great job the technicians did when they hauled away my old freezer. I wanted to sweep behind the old freezer when they moved it. These professionals moved my freezer, saw the broom, and swept behind before I had the chance to do myself. THESE GUYS ARE KEEPERS!!!!

The haul away service was great. Because of an unexpected problem I wasn’t able to have my old dishwasher ready for haul away on the day my new one was delivered. The delivery guy said no problem they would schedule another day to pick up the old one. Which they did; no charge.

Best Buy will remove you old appliances and in with the new. They are the BEST.

The removal was quick and efficient. The workers were careful in the removal and gave me time to clean where appliances had been before bringing in the new washer and dryer.

I left my house to go to the dentist. In the time between when i left my house and returned, it was exactly the same…except the old, ugly [by comparison] TV was gone and a brand-spanking-new one in its place. My setup is mildly complicated, but they handle everything well. Nothing broken. More than months later, nothing has mysteriously broken down or otherwise degraded. Great job!

Hugo did an amazing job taking away our old stove when they came to deliver the new one we got. They were respectful when moving the old stove by not dragging it on the tiles and being careful around the walls.

We have two fridges that remained with our home when we moved in. For 3 years we used both until the extra one in the garage pooped out. We replaced it with an amazing LG and love it. Long story short, we asked the movers to trash the broken garage fridge and move the old kitchen one to the garage. They did so quickly and efficiently. Once again, they moved TWO fridges to help us out and never once questioned us. We're very grateful and appreciate all their help.

The team which came to install my new appliances, hauled away the washer and dryer. A 2 member team of Victor and his partner came in, and made the entire process of disconnecting and hauling away look so simple that I was in awe. They unloaded the new appliances, hauled away existing washer & dryer (I didn't want my old refrigerator hauled away) and cleaned up very thoroughly and efficiently. They were extremely helpful in telling me what they were doing and why. Maintenance tips & pointers were shared equally simply in layman terms. I would rate these guys highly efficient, professional, very knowledgeable and I am very very happy with the overall haulaway experience!
