Good conscience to utilize. Beats having to make a run to the dump.

The contractors used by Best Buy were professionals. They were respectful of our home as they entered and were careful of our things. They were efficient in taking out our old wall ovens and and bringing it to their truck. It was definitly worth the added cost to have this haul away service.

This service is great. The people who came to deliver my new fridge pulled out the old fridge, disconnected the water line and the electrical plug, took off the doors, and took it out of the house without damaging anything, including bringing it down some stairs and into the truck. I was glad I never had to see it again. I was also glad that I did not have to deal with my trash service to try to get them to take it away.

The haul away went smoothly. The guys removed the old dishwasher and hauled it away. No issues. The team was professional and courteous.

They called ahead to let us know they were on the way. one guy came in to do the removal of the old one, while his partner worked on the prepping the new one outside. then they installed the new one and made sure it was stable, level and secure. ran it through a cycle and everything worked perfectly. I was amazed at their efficiency and speed of getting the complete install and haul away done

A very convenient service when replacing a non working appliance. Why break your back hauling it away and possibly paying a fee to do so. Add this to your purchase (mine came free with my protection plan) and let them handle the rest.

The old machine was taken away without comment and moved without damage to any walls or the elevator of the building. No inadvertent contact with any doorways. Nicely done.

what can i say, it worked as intended :-) did not go wrong

It was hard to see my Frig go after 16 years. There was nothing wrong but I need more room for food. My little one loves crushed Ice and the new Frig has a crushed Ice function.

I can’t believe that these 2 guys were able to get my beast of a Sony rear projection TV out of my basement family room!! Even the Sony manual said to have 4 people move it due to it’s weight and size! They had the equipment, knowledge, and determination to get the job done while being courteous and careful not to damage anything.
