They called ahead, worked cleanly, quickly, and safely and even made pleasant conversation while we moved between the truck and our apartment building. First rate.

Fast, efficient haul away!

They were quick and efficient. It was out of the house before I knew it and the new one was already getting put in. Amazing!

Great removal team after a wasted day.

They greeted me, REMOVED MY OLD WASHER, unboxed the new washing machine and then brought the new washer into the house. Their part was a good experience. The issue is with the timing of the delivery. I was given a window of 7:00-noon. The driver told me that he loaded his truck at 7:00, his 1st delivery was scheduled at 8:00 and my delivery was scheduled for 11:55 which about the time they arrived. In the future I hope that the scheduler would call to let the later deliveries know that the drivers would come later in the window or allow the drivers to make the same call. That way the customer would not feel like he/she had wasted a whole day.
