Great guys vert professionals and caring...kudos to rhem

The install team Removed our old dishwasher and loaded it on the delivery truck and I didn’t have to do anything. I cleared out the cabinet under the sink next to the dishwasher before they arrived so they would have easy access to the plumbing and garbage disposal. The install team was great and very clean, friendly, and efficient. They removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one and cleaned up the little mess they made as they went along. It was all clean when they left like they were never here. Recommend Best Buy for their efficient install/removal team which was included with my purchase. Other stores wanted to charge a premium for the add on service.

They took my old refrigerator out of the garage and hauled it away without any issues.

the delivery guys showed up in the time frame stated. They went right to work getting the new washer in. then taking the old one out. We live on the second floor. It took them less an 30 minutes to install and haul away.

I appreciate not having to remove the item and arranging for its disposal.

Overall, I had a great experience with Best Buy’s haul-away service. The team was professional, quick, and handled everything with care — they got the old appliance out without damaging anything or leaving a mess. The only issue was that they showed up without any prior notice. No call or text ahead of time, which caught me off guard. Thankfully, I was home, but a heads-up would’ve been appreciated. That said, the actual service itself was smooth and well-executed.

The people who brought the refrigerator were prompt and professional. Apparently they had done this for a long time, went smoothly without a hitch.

Guys were nice and professional, there was a surprise $400 charge, but it was for legit reasons to get us up to code

Haul away process was really easily the day the came to install it, they simply took the old one

This was well worth the money. My fridge had stopped working and instead of having to wheel it out and haul it off to the dump. My delivery guys of my new fridge easily removed and took it with them. Great service would recommend.

I worried how I was going to get my 275 pound behemoth rear-projection TV out of the house to be replaced by a new flat panel model. Best Buy offered haul away for a reasonable price since I purchased a 75 inch new model. The two young men had little problem carefully removing the old TV by using a unique strap with which they carried it out the door!!! They were very pleasant and courteous as well.

Team was friendly and polite. Removed the 2nd dishwasher when dropping the new one for installation the next day. The team that did the install for the new DW were efficient with removal of the replacement.

My 10 year old Samsung 65” tv went out and I purchased a new 77” Samsung S90C online and had delivered. I noticed in the order they offered a free haul away of my old tv so I took advantage of it. Normally it cost $60.00 but I’m guessing since my order was expensive and I also was a BEST BUY PLUS member that maybe it qualified me for free haul away. I still think it’s worth the $60 if you have a huge tv to dispose of. My local trash service won’t take televisions and even the city’s yearly Spring Cleanup program won’t take televisions you have to haul them to a recycle center and pay them just as much to dispose of it as Best Buy charges. I didn’t have to box it up or anything they just walked the new tv into my living room and walked out with my old one no problem. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
