Haul away was successful for second appointment. Haul away was completed with installation but Best Buy gave us 2 appointment times: one for installation and one for haul away. I believe I will shop at a local appliance store next time, instead of a big box company. Team members didn’t seem to care about the experience their company was providing.

The guys who took away my old equipment were fantastic. They did a great job with installation, but it was the process leading up to that that was ridiculous.

This dishwasher is fantastic, so much better than the Profile we had before. Really quiet. But more than anything, I must give Kudos to Best Buy. I had originally ordered from Lowes. After checking out, i get prompted to call Lowes to arrange delivery. Hassle, but called - then found out i had to wait a week because it was special order. Ok, but website said next day installation. Waited a week - nothing. Then called multiple people to track down, and finally find someone who says they can deliver following week. Fine, i guess. But then get call back saying that (although my order included a haul off fee), I would need to order installation to have the haul off happen. Ok, how much? $120. Ok, fine, i just need dishwasher, let's do it. Response, "ok, you need to come into the store to sign the paperwork, and then after you sign paperwork, we will arrange delivery and installation." You've got to be kidding. What is the point of an online order if I have to come in? Why not tell me at getgo? So, I click on Best Buy. Literally within five minutes i had the dishwasher order and installation scheduled to occur within three business days. And installers showed up right on time, were AWESOME and the best part? Installation was free and dishwasher cost same as Lowes. I own 27 rental properties and have always used Lowes for appliances. NEVER again. Best Buy is awesome.

Nice and professional Best Buy installers took our old busted fridge away and took it to a farm where old busted fridges can run free on green pastures. But for real - not sure where old refrigerators go but hopefully this one got recycled.

Installation was quickly and professionally done. Well done. Removal of the old one was a plus service. Only sort of inconvenience was the notification of delivery time was given the morning of the delivery date. Earlier notification would help with reserving elevator for delivery in a condo.

Michael came out to install and remove my old dishwasher. He did an excellent job with the installation and removal and made sure everything was up to par. He was courteous and made sure everything was working before he left. Highly recommend!

They took the old TV away to recycle it. But only issue was that they needed the remote for it. I had to find it and remove my rechargeable batteries. My question is if they were just going to recycle my old TV throw it out why did they need mt old remote.

Moved our old TV to another location in our home and did it quickly, efficiently, and were so nice to us!

The excellent team who delivered our new washer took away our old one. We were a little concerned because the washer room is very small and when our old washer was installed, the previous company had a very difficult time putting in our old, large washer. The Best Buy team were phenomenal. They removed and took away the old machine without any trouble whatsoever. They were exceptional adept at removal of the old machine from the tight quarters. Thank you !

I had u plugged the drain and the water pipes, but the washing machine was too heavy for me to move alone. Requested haul away service. They did a great job, were careful about not chipping any paint or brushing against the wall or the floors five stars !
