I worried how I was going to get my 275 pound behemoth rear-projection TV out of the house to be replaced by a new flat panel model. Best Buy offered haul away for a reasonable price since I purchased a 75 inch new model. The two young men had little problem carefully removing the old TV by using a unique strap with which they carried it out the door!!! They were very pleasant and courteous as well.

Definitely worth the money to have Best Buy haul away the piece of junk that quit working.

The crew that delivered and installed our refrigerator was very good. They followed directions before arrival, cleaned up, and worked efficiently. They knew what they were doing and did it well. No problems afterward. Their English was a bit limited, which could be a problem if there was a need to communicate anything important.

I am glad I got this due to they was to heavy for me to get out of the house

My old gas range was hauled away quickly an with no issues.

They hauled the old unit away very quickly, easily. That and bringing in the new fridge took a 30-40 mins max. Only issue was they came several hours earlier than the day's text message said. But we did also get a text from the driver saying when they'd actually come, which they did.

Best buy agent helped me throught the process to make it smooth. Well communicated and my old tv was picked up without any hassle

The team removed our old television and disposed of it for us. It was too old for us to offer anyone as a gift or for sale so this service was useful to us.

The install team Removed our old dishwasher and loaded it on the delivery truck and I didn’t have to do anything. I cleared out the cabinet under the sink next to the dishwasher before they arrived so they would have easy access to the plumbing and garbage disposal. The install team was great and very clean, friendly, and efficient. They removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one and cleaned up the little mess they made as they went along. It was all clean when they left like they were never here. Recommend Best Buy for their efficient install/removal team which was included with my purchase. Other stores wanted to charge a premium for the add on service.
