They took the item out with ease. Knew what they were doing and were very professional and responsible.

I had a 65” DLP projection TV that needed to be taken away. I helped the installer carry it into the hallway of my building. When he was leaving, I asked if I could help him get it to the truck. He said no need, I already got it out there. No clue how he got it to the truck without my help. I was definitely impressed!

So nice to not have to worry about getting rid of our old fridge that didn't work. They hauled it up the flight of stairs and loaded it on their truck to take with them. No damage to anything and total time spent with haul away and delivery of new fridge/freezer was less than 30 minutes.

Haul away the old unit and everything that went with it. Plus taking care of the box and packing materials from our new unit.

When I replaced my fridge I had the option of getting it getting professionally removed but the technician that came in to install my new appliances for a low amount and I’m glad I did. They brought in the new fridge and got rid of the old for me. Highly recommend. I had nor the time nor the means to transport that old fridge and dispose of it

These guys did an excellent job hauling my old refrigerator to downstairs. I was in awe I just knew they weren't going to fit that big thing thru the door, I was absolutely dumbfounded they were very professional they took the door off and shimmy the refrigeration down that narrow doorway, mind you , with steps no way my husband an I could of done it like they did in 20 mins. They were very professional. There are several flights of stairs to maneuver through, they were quick and efficient.

This wasn't an easy haul away as the HUGE fridge couldn't fit out the nearest door, and the proper exit was a tricky trip through a tight foyer. The guys actually managed to move it through the undersized doorway with THE DOORS OPEN while tilting the entire unit. Ingenious and professional.

Bought a dryer and the team came to not only install but went above and beyond . Sized up the situation and made sure it was a smooth install. They made sure it was installed and removed safely and quickly. Anyone looking to get an appliance get Best Buy to install it; totally worth it.

My old washer and dryer worked but the washer couldn't wash my blankets and comforters. The dryer kept cutting off. I hope someone found them and refurbished them and gave them away. But they moved those appliances away. I'm satisfied with the outcome

Couldnt wait for the broken GE fridge to be removed and thrown into the truck. no scratches or dings anywhere in the hall, no scuffs, no furniture needed to be moved. A+
